No, I'm quite certain that Caspian is right. It doesn't sound right the otherway, and since we're all just relating to how familiar it sounds, I think that's as good an authority as any.

besides, everyone knows that no other countries produce movies that are worth watching.

come to think of it, i think it was used in a 1980s tv show.
