I have a really hard time picking a favorite ANYTHING, so I have somewhat of a hard time saying that pink is my favorite color. Since I was living with 3 boys before Kinley was born, pink kind of became my label, since I was the only girl, so pink it is. (It's not like I DISLIKE pink, I actually like it a lot! I just used to favor red and blue, but now it's pink. I LOVE sprinkles, though!)

And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears.
And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears.
Get over your hill and see what you find there,
With grace in your heart and flowers in your hair.

Can I be totally lame and choose rainbow?
No? Okay, my actual favourite colour is blue, specifically the diaper in the second row on the far left.
I love arranging my cloth diapers in rainbow order, though. ROYGBIV makes me smile.

Hey! *Twinny high-five!* Also, the nest = awesome. My favorite color is pretty much all shades of purple.
:) It was a pretty nice surprise, seeing activity in here.
Will, what's in your picture? It's lovely but I can't tell what it is. The lower left-hand corner reminds me of The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister.

Me too!
you snooze, you lose
well I have snozzed and lost
I'm pushing through
I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and
I'll slug it out
I'm sick of waiting
and I can
hear the bells are
ringing joyful and triumphant

The picture was worth the effort! It makes me sad there's no 10,000 Villages around here. Oxfam is awesome, but it's not the same and I would love to be able to decorate the room with 10,000 Villages stuff.

I do love shades of green. Sadly, I did not quite capture the shade of green that I saw at that moment. It had been a sort of glowing green that occasionally happens near dusk which is just gorgeous. Alas, it looks just like a normal lawn green right now.

This is one double counts. I really like this color green, and while I don't actually play with bacteria every single day, some weeks it feels like I do.
I used to hate gravity because it would not let me fly. Now I realize it is gravity that lets me stand.

Take pills (from my drug cabinet):
I only take three in the morning and one at night but I *have* lots of different ones for different occasions. (Oh, and first photo from my new phone!)

(while I'm on a picture-taking spree)
I put my coat on EVERY DAY. Without a doubt. At least once.
When summer is at last over and the first day that can be somewhat classified as cold comes up, I feel at one with myself. Because I can wear my coat without dying.

I walk. Not the way most people do, as a necessary function of mobility, but I do more than I strictly need to, for the pleasure of it.
I love, love the color in your picture, Shannon. Purple is my favorite color but lime green would be in the top three, if not next in line. The way it pops, next to that red, is pretty spectacular.
Kim, you and Fiona are adorable, naturally. Very cute picture.
Jan, I just may forgive you for taking the markers (or was it crayons?) from Ginny when she started marking the walls, now that I know you color with her every day. I suppose I can't call you an art Nazi who is killing her creativity anymore... (<-- means I didn't really think you were an art Nazi, simply remembered something from FB about her coloring on the walls). Also, your baby is freaking cute.
Yay, Nomi! Pweb gets the first picture from your new phone. How is it, by the way? New phones scare the crap out of me, which is why I have my RAZR still. Which was already ancient when I got it.
As for Boss-man's picture, it reminded me of myself in high school, when it'd start to warm up and I perhaps wore my jacket a little too long because it was hard for me to adjust to being without it again. I guess I also wore it because I was super fat and thought it was hiding me or otherwise camouflaging just how fat I was, but I never claimed to have any sort of common sense. Right.

I think Jan should be disqualified for cheating. Not because she submitted two pictures for February, but because of what was in those pictures.
Also, I need to figure out a way to transfer pictures from my blue tooth-challenged phone to my computer so I can participate in this awesomeness.

Alea, sorry I forgot to respond to your question. I like my phone a lot, although I'm still finding out all the things it can do. My biggest concern was the battery life but so far it seems to last two whole days, so I'm happy with that.

I'm sorry I'm late on January's challenge! I never seemed to have a camera with me when conditions were ideal.
I love the colour of a clear sky and that particular glow you get just before sundown.
And what do I do every day? I walk by this:

Such lovely pictures! I love that before sundown glow as well. A blogger I read posts pictures / art work of that time frame and calls it "The Golden Hour". I like that name!I'm sorry I'm late on January's challenge! I never seemed to have a camera with me when conditions were ideal.

And what do I do everyday?
Decide whether I'm going to wear earrings that day, and if that answer is yes, then I pick out which ones to wear.
