We got a piano!!

Talk about anything under the sun or stars - but keep it civil. This is where we really get to know each other. Everyone is welcome, and invited!

We got a piano!!

Postby steph » Fri Dec 01, 2006 10:03 am

Just had to share my excitement! A kind lady sold us a nice piano for $400. Yeah. Amazing, I know. It's so beautiful in my living room!

I'm just so excited. That's all.

*jealousy*

*much jealousy*

I mean, I'm happy for you!

*more jealousy*

There's another glimpse of sky...
There's another way to lean
into the wind, unafraid.
There's another life out there...

I wish I could play the piano. Actually, I wish I could play any instrument.
Yay, I'm a llama again!

Sweet! We have a piano, too. I'd give anything to know how to play!

... anything except an hour a day.

i'm so jealous. i had to sell my piano a few years ago. it was just a little upright from the 70's, but i loved it. it's what i learned on.
you snooze, you lose
well I have snozzed and lost
I'm pushing through
I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and
I'll slug it out
I'm sick of waiting
and I can
hear the bells are
ringing joyful and triumphant

I have seen it... in person. It is a sight to behold.

I miss my piano.

I have one all the way up in Idaho that technically belongs to me when I can get it....

I know how to play.
