Tyler did AWESOME today! He talked to so many people, which is huge for him. People were impressed with him enough that we brought in about $600. We are very excited about this and very proud of Tyler.

Happy birthday, Ginny. :)

That is strange and somewhat hard to believe; I keep thinking of her as a toddler.

I still think of her as a newborn...

Congratulations are in order, however. 4 is a big number!

Happy birthday, Ginny!
you snooze, you lose
well I have snozzed and lost
I'm pushing through
I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and
I'll slug it out
I'm sick of waiting
and I can
hear the bells are
ringing joyful and triumphant

We took Atty to see Santa! He neither smiled nor cried, preferring to engage the man in serious conversation while his parents made fools of themselves over to the side.

Can I just say, my boy totally rocks an argyle sweater vest? Not everyone can pull that off.

I had such a similar thought! I love that he has a real beard. I knew a mall Santa who had one and was awesome. He wore a red hoodie when he wasn't playing Santa so kids would still recognize him.

Tyler read The Wizard of Oz in a couple of nights last week. Kinley decided that SHE wanted to red it, so now every night after I do bedtime, Tyler takes Kinley upstairs, reads to her from the book, and then tucks her in bed.

Makes a momma smile. :)

It's probably not going to happen for me, but I hope my kids are half as awesome as yours.

MY BABY JUST TOOK HIS FIRST STEPS TODAY!!!

I am so, so, SO proud! 2-3 honest-to-goodness independent steps towards me, four separate times!

Woot!

I know, right? But it's hard, especially since today he's decided instead of taking 2-3 steps at a time, he prefers taking one step and then trust-falling. Would a video of me saying,"Where's your head?" followed by Atty patting his head do for now? That seems much more gettable.

What a great bunch of kids! I love that kilt! Reminds me of when i was about Steph's sons age my great uncle sent me a set of leaderhosen with shirt, hat with a feather and all but I had some serious trouble with all those buttons and buckles and could'nt quite get em un done in time. I think the kilt would be the way to go! :oops I love to see all your great little kids, they all grow too fast.

Nom-nom's officially walking now. She signs (when she can be arsed), she has a few words, and while she's still only sporadic on 'mommy' or 'daddy', she knows dogs go 'woof woof'.

What on earth happened to my little baby?
