Exactly! Also the fat hedgehog in the background is from her as well, as the patriarch for our family of stuffed hedgehogs.

Engagement party pictures! Apparently photobucket is just laughing at my attempts to rotate the pictures, so you get sideways shots.

These photos were worth the wait. I think that last one is my favorite, too, because it seems like the most natural, least posed shot of you two and you look happier in that one than the others (which you also look happy in).

Also, please, please do all my clothes shopping for me. You look gorgeous and I love everything about that outfit, from the necklace down to the shoes that would make me and my feet cry.

This dress is FAB and you are rocking it.
you snooze, you lose
well I have snozzed and lost
I'm pushing through
I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and
I'll slug it out
I'm sick of waiting
and I can
hear the bells are
ringing joyful and triumphant

Yay for pics! More people should post some new ones, I think.

Awesome pic! What kind of camera?
It's a Canon T2i with upgraded lenses, and although no real amazing lenses for birdwatching, there were tons of amazing birds! Here are a few for your enjoyment :) [two birds and two lions, for good measure]

Awesome! I don't know what the birds are but I could find out if you're interested. I have a Canon T1i (almost the same as yours) with a Canon 55-250mm zoom lens. Of course, I'd love a longer zoom but can't afford it. :)

Cool, I see giraffes. Where were you in this picture?

...You should take a picture with a lion...riding it. That's not too much to ask.

I have to admit, when I saw this picture on Facebook, I thought it was a stock "It's a girl" photo until I looked more closely and realized it was you all.

I love that you guys announced it this way.

That is awesome and I am totally stealing it someday, I hope, years (but not too many) from now.

Now I have to ask... did the balloons just float away into the sky or were some of them attached to the box? Cause man, my kids would not be happy with all the balloons being gone forever.

Thanks, guys! We're pretty excited to have 2+2=4.

The kids loved this announcement! (Thank you, pinterest.) The kids all have been saying it's a girl, but I wasn't holding my breath; statistics were not on my side. Luckily, they were all right and were thrilled to see all the pink balloons. We did tape down the mylar balloon and a latex balloon for each of the kids. My kids would have been mad if we let all of them go, too!

That just makes me want to give you a low-five with my toe-socks on. Also, your material-toe seems to properly fit your actual toes. My socks have freakishly long toes on them.
