What did you dress up as this year?

I was a Butterfly and Ginny was a bunny:

I think Ginny makes about the cutest bunny ever.
I didn't dress up this year, sadly.

Bonzo Madrid. I have a thread in the Enderverse forum with some pictures (I don't want to be redundant with them); hopefully I'll have some post-Halloween pics from the book discussion we're doing on Ender's Game here as well.

I was originally going to be Philip J. Fry, but no one else wanted to dress up as the Futurama crew, so I took one grandpa's old suit jacket with elbow pads, and the other grandpa's portable typewriter, a few other clothes, and went to class as a typical English professor.

My English professor didn't understand the point of wearing a white dress shirt with a bright red t-shirt underneath it. You'd think he'd look in the mirror a few times before coming to class, as I could read the text on his t-shirt under his green dress shirt.

I went as a mobster.

I think my favourite group to see was Dante, Vergil, Satan, and apparently Beatrice was on her way.

I borrowed a friend's Ursula legs and paraded around in those for a while but I didn't officially dress up this year. I couldn't decide on anything and it got too late to throw something together, not to mention I would have been wearing it for people who watch stupid ass horror movies but don't dress up. Their priorities are all sorts of screwed up.

Ginny is adorable, though. :D

Lego Star Wars! (Lego because the 4 year old picked the theme.)

Leia, Obi Wan, Yoda, Luke.
Yes, I am wearing a winter coat under my dress. We had blizzards last week!)

Just about the cutest Luke and Yoda I've ever seen!

I dressed up as myself. Scary, I know. I'm afraid I might have scarred several young children for life.

Accompanied by confused looking friend who doesn't know that the contents of his skull are about to be the hors d'oeuvres in my nightlong brain buffet.

Steph, your boys are adorable! It's even better then Indiana Jones last year. You guys do such fun family costumes.

I was a kitty again. One day I might end up being something different, who knows.

The Stephs win, naturally. Soon, I'll put in my application to join their family, so that I too may win.

I was a kitty again.
A very pretty kitty at that.

I have no idea what a greenman is and I'm not sure if I should know or not.

Yay! I love winning!! (And you don't need an application to join the family. You can just decide to move to CO and the deal is sealed!)

Thanks, Jan. Ginny is one adorable bunny!

My roommate and I dressed up one week too late, but I'm still pretty proud of our costumes.

She called Gordon Freeman first, though.

Greenman is a character that pops up on the show Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia on occasion.

We didn't dress up this year, because we were out of town. But last year, I was Bianca from Dresden Files, R dressed up as Dresden, Will was "A JEDI", and Anna was the cutest Little Red Riding hood I've seen, like /ever./

You're already halfway to another costume, as well. All you really need more is a suit and some paper that says "no picture available".
