SPOILERS!!
The little animation of the story of the three brothers was done so wonderfully. The animation was gorgeous, and this is coming from someone who generally hates that sort of modern angular art (like Hercules). I would have liked it more had it stayed as silhouette, but it was still pretty awesome.
Very much exactly this for me. I've been thinking about it on and off throughout the day and that really may be my favorite part of the movie.
I agree about Danielle Radcliffe being an awkward romantic actor, at least with Bonnie Wright.
I cried when Dobby died. Maybe it's just a testament to how much I like all the "wrong" characters (a.k.a. the ones that annoy every other human being on the planet) in books/movies but he didn't annoy me in the movies and I don't believe he annoyed me in the books.
I'm not sure what they might have done differently but I was entirely unmoved by Mad Eye dying. Same with Hedwig, mostly but at least with Hedwig I
wanted to be more upset than I was.
I'll admit to being a bit surprised by the Harry/Hermione making out (as part of the locket horcrux); I thought it was artfully done.
Lastly, not sure if it would have made a difference of my enjoyment if I had but I haven't read the book since 2007, so it seemed accurate enough from my recollections.
