Garg. We don't need a video game.

I think it'd make a wicked MMORPG, battle-school style, with expansion packs for Command, Pre-command, and Tactical schools. Everyone starts as a launchy and levels, kind of like Guild Wars or World Of Warcraft (you guys knew THAT was coming up again). The mods would be people like Dap and Dimak, launchy moms. And there'd be buggers to fight, and colonization (so it would require re-writing the timeline a little bit, but what game doesn't take license with that?)
The woods are lovely, dark, and deep
But I have promises to keep
And miles to go before I sleep
Miles to go before I sleep

I think an EG game could be very well done. I am actually surprised that it hasn't happened yet. The first time that I read EG (I guess about 5 or 6 years ago), I thought, "They could definitely make an awesome video game out of this". I don't think they should use any of the children characters from the book. I don't think it should follow the book's timeline at all. It should be a story completely different from the book. Although it probably won't. It will probably end up as a typical "movie video game" and suck. That being said, I will almost definitely buy it when it comes out.

I was watching Attack of the Show on G4 the other day and they had a headline for this... I caught the tail end of it but instantly got incredibly excited. This is terrific news.

Coming from someone who has spent the last 3 years asking his science teachers how to counter gravity so they can build a functioning Battle Room, I can't wait. But I don't have a PS3 or an X-Box
