Doggie Name

Postby zeldagirl1234 » Sat Mar 05, 2011 4:57 pm

Okay, this may sound obsessive, but I am getting possibly getting a girl dog tonight and I really want to name her after an Enderverse character. Any girl or unisexual names will work, but I need a list of as many as possible ASAP. Please list all of the above you know, not just the one you like most. But please put what you think too. :) THANKS!

i know it would be but I really want something slightly more unusual, perhaps. Or atleast not Petra. I don't know how to explain it but it just doesnt seem.... right.

Poke!

Or, Jane! Virlomi! Han Qing-jao! Demosthenes (Dem?)! Ansible (Ani or Ansi for short?)! Sister Carlotta!

I like Poke.

Poke is pretty great.

Side note, my brother knows a guy (from Haiti, I think) whose last name is Demosthenes. How awesome is that?

I'd personally go with Iva (pronounced Eve-uh, not Iv-uh) or Nova, short for Ivanova, a.k.a Novinha. Then again, I'm the only person alive who didn't hate her, so I would do that.

For pets, I think shorter tends to be better.

Man, I was going to suggest Chester Biggleston III, but that is neither a girl-name nor Ender related. I fail.
