Tyler had his last day of kindergarten today! I'm happy and sad, both at the same time. I hope that the end of the year picnic tomorrow will help me gain some closer on this matter.

(P.S. Can someone tell me how the heck I'm old enough to have an almost 6 year old?)

Yes, but I didn't start having kids until after I got married. How the heck have I been married for 7 1/2 years? During the time I've been on pweb, I've been married for about twice as long as I was single. That's just weird.

Nothing else has made me want children of my own quite as much as this Reddit post.

That is such a cool idea. I love the suggestion of having some garden stones in an X that are just always there, then one day the kid discovers there's a treasure beneath it.

If only we didn't live in an apartment, we would so do it.

I have an intake appt with a counselor at Tyler's dr's office on Thursday. I'm nervous that she won't be the right fit, but so anxious to help Tyler. Kirsten, do you have any advice on what questions I should ask and what kind of info she'll need from me?

After three views and a 7 or so hour difference between the first two and last, I'm still in love with the "Can you say what I saaaaaw?" part.

I'd still like the file for my collection, please, Jan. :)

Yes, that's the pic that I submitted for our 10 year pweb baby pic contest. Lots of people guessed that it was Jan, since it looked so much like Ginny. :)

Pweb is more educational than I thought!

I also think it's very clear at this point who the next "spotlight on" should involve... :D

I'm a little disappointed that no one else is catching the funniness of this conversation.

Prairie. Like Prayer-y. Because they pray?

Steph, I noticed the pun-like nature of the joke and heartily approve.

(I've been distracted throughout the day by a book and missed this earlier.)

SO cute!
you snooze, you lose
well I have snozzed and lost
I'm pushing through
I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and
I'll slug it out
I'm sick of waiting
and I can
hear the bells are
ringing joyful and triumphant

Oh, good! I thought of all people, Pweb would appreciate a good pun made by a 3 year old, even if it was unintentional! I thought it was adorable! (Then again, I'm biased.) :)

There's no bias involved. Brayden is a personality and adorable, all in one.
