I need to stop having dinners of reheated pizza and make something.

Though a week ago I made a REALLY nice apple and bacon and chicken pasta dish. It was yummy. I need to repeat it sometime.

That's the thing about NaNovember ... it's all about beating the other people who write with you. It's about quantity more than quality. And because you're striving to get ahead of the pack, you end up doing it. Just picking another month isn't QUITE the same thing. Go you for finishing yours! I fin...

I was paying $137.50 a month for my bus fare, before I moved across town (technically, to another city. Only not really). Now it's $14 for 10 trips.

I can see how it would be annoying only getting 3/4 of a trip... frustrating, that!!

A question I just thought of: Does anybody else here (other than me) live outside of the U.S. (or Canada, for that matter; We can just call it "Western Hemisphere" and "Eastern Hemisphere", for that matter)? If so, where do you live?

You need to meet two Pwebbers who are real in order to become real.
I've only met one pwebber who is real. And one who only posted once or twice on Pweb 2.0.

I suppose I'm not real then.

Some people manage to sell their stories, and there was one person of the day who is working on the first draft of a novel that has sold... so I think it would be fairer to say that "very few people" make any money out of it.

I find AirNZ's self check in boarding cards are a great size to use as a bookmark.

Ticket Stubs mostly get saved. Some eventually get thrown out, others end up in my box of things to scrapbook.

The other day, on the way in to work, the radio station of choice on the bus was, I think, Hauraki. There was a little conversation going on between the presenters (as they do).
