Hello! Today is a frustrating day already, and I've only been up for about two and a half hours...So this mix of albums is designed to vent/release frustration, then gradually sooth, then put me in a good mood. Maryland. (Sorry if any of you are from there, and I'm not sure if I'm sorry for offending you, or just sorry that you have to be from there...) As a Virginian through and through yes there's an ingrown sense of rivalry but there's also just the facts. Maryland driver's are the worst drivers on the ...

ES page 126 at the bottom "No point in getting emotional about anything. Being emotional didn't help with survival. What mattered was to learn everything, analyze the situation, choose a course of action, and then move boldly." I didn't have these words at the time because I didn't read th...

I'm with Boothby, I don't think they'll make the ender series into a film series but I could see the prequals making it. Now to your comment on Card not thinking EG was filmable and all, let's not forget it took years and years for that to happen...So I mean there's a chance this film is AMAZING and...

I do the same thing, my copy of ender's game looks like a frickin' 4 year old got let loose on it, marked up, scribbled in, notes in the margins, and the rest are the same, but to a lesser degree probably. I always semi-joke that whoever borrows my copy is also going to be reading my life story beca...

Crap, meant to answer your last question. The series are so different. I meanone is space based and the other is land based. I love the shadow series because I love how realistic it is in the sense that it shows the movement and manipulation of countries and war/strategies that could actually happen...

I'll have to go back and re-read plotlines, it's been about 6 months or so since I last read them all, they all blur into one story for the most part, but I'll do my best, just gimme some time haha. Ok so I'm not into the whole spirit animal thing, if you are, that's cool, just not my thing. HOWEVER. Ok so I'm obsessed with music. I'm one of those people who always needs something on in the background. And when I can't then I have something playing in my head or that I'm singing. Hey guys, I thought it would be cool to see little slices of what makes fellow PWEBers tick! I'm starting this thread as almost a close cousin to the "Portraits" thread. I think it'd be cool to see who you are via some pictures of things you're proud of, or that showcase your personality. ...

Here's my spur of the moment ode to Monday mornings, *ahem* Monday mornings suck, Monday mornings blow. When it's time to rise for work, I just don't wanna go. I 'd rather lay in bed all day, or maybe on the couch, heck I'd rather be just anywhere, even in a kanga's pouch. Sure coffe's good, and mus...

Hey guys, so as a tattooed, motorcycle riding guy who just posted a picture of myself with a giant knife and all, I probably shouldn't disclose this so I can keep my reputation up  but I write a fair amount of poetry and I'm sure there's gotta be fellow PWEBers that do as well! Right, but it was QIn Jao who scrubbed her hands and whose name meant Gloriously Bright. Wammu (however its spelled) if memory serves was the servant girl who slept with the guard so that she could be QinJaos servant after she met her in the field

Re: Ender and Novinha
I feel like it was an acurate depiction of what happens a lot with love and relationships, from the outside they looklike stupid decisions, but it doesn't have to make sense, in fact it rarely does I would say. Plus ender was a fixer, a healer, and like BobbyOodle said, a lot of it was for the kids....
