Geeze... I always forget how frighteningly skinny I am until I see a picture of me, but it doesn't seem like anyone else has that problem. Anyway, an update of me, pounding away on the typewriter I just got on eBay for $0.50. It's an old Royal, and I have absolutely no idea how to get it to work. I ...

"You don't like Wang? No, I love the Wang!"

"It takes a long time for Wang to get itself-- himself up. I did it again, didn't I?"

Wang is the last name of a guy we know... conversations about him where you come in halfway can get interesting.

Sometimes I wish *chan references were bannable offenses (even though I make them sometimes). I don't really know why.
Sometimes I agree. You do get that odd fuzzy feeling inside jokes give you, but there's this icky coating on the fuzz.

Sorry, I actually didn't mean what I said to be any sort of pressure. Just... a nudge if the person was just looking for excuses. If you honestly feel that having it there would distract and actually hurt your schoolwork, then by all means, don't enter. You would be a much better judge than me on ho...

I'd love to try, but five classes all 300+ and two days of work a week tell me that it would be academic suicide. Come on, Rei. I'm taking five classes and working 30 hours a week. Of course, my classes are 200 levels, but still. It's not like it's a priority that comes FIRST, just one that comes w...

Sometimes I wish my life were a musical. Too bad I can't sing. Confession: I was wishing this today! I was thinking it would be so cool, since I work at a call center, and it would be perfect for a musical number. I would just start singing about how boring work is, and how mundane working in a cal...

I've had one kind of fuming about... I suppose I could try to enter this year. [Edit:]Well, since I've been pretty much thinking about it almost non-stop since I posted this, like, however many hours ago, I suppose I'm doing it. I sort of started a couple pages absolutely ages ago, but I suppose it ...

Also, it asked for my childhood self. I've worked hard at changing some of my childhood traits, and the answers for then were sometimes really different from my answers now.
That was really my biggest beef with it.

Other than that, White.

Confession (in much shorter terms than it probably deserves): I came back to my home town because the college town seemed to be less comfortable, and I thought I didn't really fit in, to put it childishly. But now I'm back and all of the people that I thought I fit better with have taken turns for t...

Let's see... my current one is a French word used by Neal Stephenson as a title for one of his main characters. By his definition, it means (pardon my French, ha ha) "he who f****** s*** up," but literally it means "the bloody nuisance". I thought it was a rather nice phrase. Pre...

Confession: My very good friend has OCD, or, rather, had, because one day several months ago, she woke up, and all of her symptoms were gone. Encino Man is one of those movies that sounds like a bad idea, then you see it, and it's worse than you imagined because the person suggesting it never mentioned Polly Shore, yet you love it, anyway.

Then again, it did have Sean Astin.

I seem to read in real-time. As if someone were reading the book to me, except it's my internal monologue. Exactly how I was going to put it. What's with this "groups of words" thing? However, with books I enjoy/know I will enjoy, I try to read slower, to help the words sink in more. Espe...

My friend watched Bebop subbed first, is the only person I know to have done so, and cannot stand the English cast, whereas everyone else I know think that it is of the highest quality for dubbed anime.
