In the end, philosophy isn't the most useful major. There really isn't much you can do with it apart from writing and teaching. I think that philosophy should never be a main job, If all you do is think, you will never think new thoughts. It takes a world of outside influence to invoke the thoughts ...

The thought processes might not be that hard to write in. I find myself thinking of Scrubs, where the character is just talking (to the audience) as the other characters go about their days. Or maybe a soliquoy. The thoughts could be portrayed, though not necessarily efficiently.

Democracy? Is that what your saying?

Maybe. But as long as there is democracy, there will be factions. As long as there are factions, there will be disagreement. As long as the is disagreement, there will be war.

As long as there are two people in the world, somebody will want someone dead.

I think that the End of War will come when someone is strong enough to step up and put an end to it. Like Peter as the Hegemon, the roman empire, etc. China, for example. My favorite osc books, aside from Ender's game and Xenocide, are Empire and Invasive procedures. They're brilliantly written and have a realistic twinge to them. Empire completely made me rethink America. Well, not completely.

I just wanted to see what other people's views on the concept of right and wrong were. System is unimportant. And frankly, the wii is just an aweful system.

If they could make it, it woudl be fantastic. But the mechanics would probly be hard to program, liek in teh battle room. But the diversity of potential gameplay, the idea has a lot of merit.
