The wires do look silly but it also looks like he's missing some plating. Look at the other arm.

P.S. That battle suit is probably one of the best designs I've ever seen. I can just imagen the dragon symbol on his right shoulder.

There are people who have read Ender's Game and don’t like it?

Never met one… sounds made up. I think that hating Ender's Game after reading it is as possible as defending earth from an alien attack.

I hate to admit this...but I too did a horrible presentation about Ender's Game. I was in grade 8 and it was the last book report of the year so I obviously procrastinated. I ended up reading only half the book (and it was my first time reading it) by the time I had to present and basically told the...

My opinion:

I would love to read both books because I would love if 'Speaker for the Dead' was an actual position. Nothing would make me happier then to have someone speak the truth at my funeral.

I think the biggest difference (which many have touched on in this topic) is that Peter was the best possible person for the job (and he knew it), which is why he fought for the position. Achilles wanted to be the best possible person for the job, but his mental state kept him from that position. Af...

Okay, first of all. Bean loved Petra. I can't remember the exact quote but it was something like this "If you don't get pregnant, we'll have kids the old fashioned way" been actually loved Petra enough to have kids with her. Everything he is points to not having kids, but Bean did it anywa...

Ofcourse they have other weapons. The MDD is just the heavy duty one. Now that you mention it Ended, I forgot how Bean told them to detonate it inside their ship... hmm. Im going to go with it's not a missle because what kind of missle could unstablize the molecules of an object? I think it's a miss...

Now, tell me if im wrong here, but I remember someone telling Ender that the ships from both the IF and Formics has shields around each of them. Making them look like spheres instead of ships. Also, these shields are created to protect against missles (hence why war on earth was so hard) so my think...

I don't think that would work exactly. Even with Bean in flight, Ender has been in flight a lot longer. Though I don't know the math exactly... However, EiE gave us a new treat that many of us have overlooked. Stasis chambers... It was said Bean was giving the most advanced ship, so why wouldn't he ...

Hmm, I've read the Ultimate Iron mans. They were great...I wish he'd carry on the storyline though (he stopped after the 2nd set). He's one of the few people who do Tony Stark justice. I've read all of wyrms and hated it. I guess if I read the story it would make sense, but if you're just going off ...

Go chronologically. Have her read First Meetings in the Enderverse minus the story about Jane and the EG short story. Then read Enders game up until the final battle. Ya, Stop her at chapter 14 and make her read EiE up to when Andrew leaves Eros and have her read the rest of the ES series. Of course...

I'm pretty sure that the russians broke Achilles out because battle school students became more precious then anything on earth, meaning that even though he was only in school for a few days...he was still worth breaking him out (Also I think they had his test scores, which proves he was wickely sma...

I have my own theories of why they were grouped... I actually think one of them is mentioned in a book. 1)Even though they connect philotically, Queens still need to be within a certain range to command a large number of soldiers. So, the queens had to gather together on their home world to control ...

Ummm, depends on your kind of read. It totally discards anything that was Ironman and instead brings a new idea to who ironman is. I suggest picking it up cause there are only 6 (or 8... i can't remember exactly) at the moment and if you dont like it, you can stop before the new issues come out.

I think Locke's being abit (if not overly) harsh. Im halfway through and am loving every page of it. This book would be especially good to those who liked Beans Saga (ES, SotH, SP, SoG), the military aspect was uber cool. Frankly, I suggest discarding Locke's "Abominably bad" statment and ...
