Anyways, I’m not gone at all, I’ve just been more of a lurker lately.
So I can tell you what happened to me: I didn’t find simultaneously the time and the discussions/debates to participate in. Maybe that will change in the future, I can’t make any promises.

I'm here when I can be here. I'm military and in these times...well, I'm all over the place. But I like to see what's happening here whenever I come back. It's nice to see that some things are still almost the way you remembered them.

My insomnia thread lives on. That makes me quite happy.
To be honest Eddie, I don't even have an accent anymore. When I posted here last I was in the process of losing it. It's completely gone now. It takes being around other people with an accent to get it back. All my citizenship stuff has been formalized since I turned 18 too, so I'm 100% American now. I should go eat some BBQ and watch some of that American football. I'm no longer silly and English, but machismo and American.
OK, that's not completely true. I'll probably never be machismo. Hemmingway was a dick.
