I love (most) accents. English, Irish, American, whatever. If it's different than mine, chances are I wish I had it. In fact, I sometimes speak (poorly) with a different accent; my favorite to try and fail at is the Bostonian accent.
How about you guys?

Se paciente y duro; algún día este dolor te será útil.
I used to do a mean Sean Connery in SNLs celebrity jeopardy, but I got self conscious about it and now I can't do it.
not precisely an accent, but my Donald is really damn good, haven't ever been able to do Mickey or bugs, but I used to do a decent Goofy "Hyuck"
I was told that my accent and manner of speaking change when talking to my dad. it gets worse around his family too. I start shedding the california out of my voice around them, apparently.

So, Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb.

I bust out random (and really awful) British accents far more than anybody probably should.
I love British accents, Scottish accents, Australian, Brooklyn (thanks to Newsies), German.... And, unfortunately, I rarely here any of these wonderfual accents except in movies.

I used to hate gravity because it would not let me fly. Now I realize it is gravity that lets me stand.
Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

I also do a pretty poor British accent when drunk.
Accents are just plain cool. I have a real weakness for yorkshire accents. I don't think I've ever really heard an accent where I didn't think 'wow that was really cool what you did just there'.

I love accents (probably because I majored in linguistics), but Irish and Scottish accents especially are incredible (Irish accents = sexy, Scottish = cool).
As an American (with a fairly "neutral" midwestern accent) I was really surprised when I went to Scotland for a month, and everywhere I went, I had people telling me how much they loved my accent. What is wrong with these people, American accents are boring at best, and honestly, ugly most of the time.
Funny story: After spending several weeks in Scotland, I got wasted one night in Edinburgh, and for some reason, I couldn't help but talk with a horrible Scottish accent. I was told that I sounded like Mel Gibson in Braveheart.
Crazy Europeans.

I love the two accents that drive most people bonkers -- Southern and North Dakotan. (Well, northern Minnesotan is similar.)
Sometimes familiarity breeds contempt. Other times, it breeds fondness.
