Ah yes, this thread brings back the memories of how Paul played that game last August, occasionally neglecting our newborn daughter in favour of that stupid game.
The "Thank you, Jan I had work to do" Thread.

I started doing this again. I forgot how time consuming/frustrating it is. I am getting no work done. Here's what's been keeping me from doing any work for the past few days:

Turns out my roommate is embarrassingly better at it than me. I showed it to her in the hopes she would get stuck and we would end up working together, but noooooooo, within an hour she has twice as many tiles unlocked and has finished the Farm section.

Level 6, and I am walking the hell away now. I am satisfied to some degree, since I have come up with an answer or two that I think would work really well, but apparently are not correct.
This is also very similar to Notpron, though the difficulty ramps up much more quickly (or maybe I'm just not as good at these anymore). I'm pretty sure I managed to get somewhere into the 20s in notpron.

Stuck on Level 7. Any help? (Put in white text, maybe?)
Edit: I've spotted several inconsistencies, but I'm not sure what the heck they MEAN.

I got to level 20 (i've been saving the answers to each level in a word document) and I had to force myself to stop for now. I can't believe how many levels there are, it's ridiculous.

I recently discovered http://www.sporcle.com/and I seriously wasted three hours there. Paul had to pry me away from the computer at 1am.

Multitask! Though it probably won't eat up too much time; there's only 4, uh, things, that appear at once max (I think), and from then on the puzzles just get quicker or more difficult in their own way.

The hardest part of this, as with all of these type of cooperative games, is finding three other people who will actually play and pay attention (someone could make a pweb room if so desired...). And the game itself has a tendency to sometimes screw up or drop people.
I think it's pretty fun, though, though there are some interface gripes. The best I've been a part of lasted around 4:30ish, but I've only been playing today.

Somehow this thread brought to mind a game I think I picked up here and used to love: http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal/g2/bubble.htm I spent so much time with this charming music.
