I've stopped even tucking my bottom sheet in around the mattress, because it doesn't even make it through the night.Fitted sheets.
I swear I didn't invite a circus into bed last night but when I woke up, my sheets were gone. After some groggy investigating, I found they were still fitted to the feet end of my bed but otherwise hanging on the ground.
"But the conversation of the mind was truer than any language, and they knew each other better than they ever could have by use of mere sight and touch."
I've wound up with all my covers on the floor more times than I care to admit, (or the regular sheet on the floor but quilt and comforter still there, or more weirdly the middle layer (quilt) on the floor and sheet and comforter still there) but never have I managed to knock a fitted sheet off a bed.
So, Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb.

I absolutely hate fitted sheets! I can't sleep knowing the corner by my head is coming loose. I will literally make Will get out of bed so I can fix the sheets before I am able to actually fall asleep (i've had to wake him up a couple of times).Fitted sheets.

And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears.
And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears.
Get over your hill and see what you find there,
With grace in your heart and flowers in your hair.

The way people treat celebrities as both more than and less than human beings.
Go find some value in your own existence so that you don't have to obsess over someone else's

Smashing my hand into a door or something. Happened too fast, don't even remember what I did. But F*** it hurts!

I hate when you know you have to wake up really early, and you can't fall asleep.
I am sooo tired.

Burning yourself on a molten chocolate chip that is supposed to be part of a delicious, non-burny cookie.

Well, there's actually two.
One he had up somewhere, that he took down in 2008, because he revised the chapter.
Just today, I google searched it and found it at another site.
It's extremely boring and not worth reading. Nicknamed- the boring one.
Another called the Road To Levinshir that he used to win the Writers of the Future competition in 2002.
It lies hidden in a chapter of a book called Subterranean: Tales of Dark Fantasy, which is a collection of different short stories.
According to what I've heard from different people, it shows Kvothe in his bad*ss stage of life. Both after his flashbacks in the first book and before his actual time at the inn. And he does some bad*ss things that show more why people fear him as a myth.
(Might not be an actual excerpt of the book, but a depiction of him around the stages he'll be in in the book)

Why not just buy Writers of the Future #18, available on Amazon Marketplace for $4 including shipping?
Step softly; a dream lies buried here.

THINGS I HATE - MUSCLE CRAMPS!!!
That was the most excruciating 3 minutes of my life. It felt like my hamstring exploded from my ass to the back of my knee. Lesson learned; never follow up a day of intense back/shoulder lifts that includes deadlifts with an intense lower-body day that includes leg curls.
WOW. I've never felt pain like that before.

Jaw pain flaring up. I couldn't get to sleep last night because the entire left side of my head was throbbing. Yesterday I managed to avoid becoming the fourth car in a series of rear endings on the freeway, more boy drama, moving drama, rescheduling job interviews, etc, and then, I just couldn't get to sleep because it hurt. I keep catching myself clenching it but I can't seem to prevent doing so in the first place. And of course the specialist I was recommended to see is a thousand miles away.
So don't go worrying about me
It's not like I think about you constantly
So maybe I do, but that shouldn't affect
Your life anymore

Having to pull over and get off my bike so I can puke for some inexplicable reason.
Missing my first orientation shift at my new house because of said puking.
Feeling like an unreliable fool.
