Hmm, i've never been to a Trader Joe's, and when looking it up I found one that's about half hour away.

To be fair, i've never heard of it as something special until this thread! I just thought it was another grocery store. :oops:

Maybe now i'll have to check it out!

I love Trader Joes. And Whole Foods. And Fresh Market. And Earthfare.
I need a job, LOL.

I picked up a small bag of organic 72% dark chocolate today, individually wrapped bites...Mmmmm, now i just need to make sure I stick to one bite! :D

Basically, yes. Its a grocery store, but it sells foods you don't find anywhere else and brands you've never heard of.

TJs has a ton of chocolate stuff right now cause it's the holidays, so much delicious goodness.

Mmmm, though, there's a Swiss Chocolate maker - Teucherr - that does the best champagne truffles in the universe. Every one is like heaven in a bite...
oh man, Teuscher Champagne truffles, they truly are the best thing in the universe. a whole bunch were sent over to 24 after they won the emmy and I ate like six or seven. Soooooo incredible. :)

It's kind of a mainstream health food store with wicked low prices. Most of the items are their own brand and they just rock. I make the 90 minute (each way) trip every couple months to stock up on things that I can only get there.
