My current classes:
ENGLISH, LEVEL 400 -- STRUCTURES OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Grammar is hot.
ENGLISH, LEVEL 300 -- ROMANTIC AND VICTORIAN LITERATURE
Mmm, English literature.
ENGLISH, LEVEL 300 -- AMERICAN LITERATURE I
We read American literature written between the landing at Plymouth and the Civil War.
HISTORY, LEVEL 400 -- SENIOR THESIS
I'm writing a thesis for Honors (History degree) regarding the (il)legality of creating the US Constitution, "ratifying" it, and putting it into effect.
LAW, LEVEL 400 -- SENIOR THESIS
I'm writing a thesis for Honors (Political Studies degree) regarding the 2006 Israeli invasion of Lebanon.
I registered for classes last week and I'm pretty content with my schedule.
ENGLISH, LEVEL 400 -- OLD ENGLISH
We're required to take two level 300 courses in Old English, but are allowed to take another level 400 course in it at our "sister" school.
HISTORY, LEVEL 400 -- LEGENDS OF THE COLLEGE
I'm doing an internship with the President of the College and the History Department Chair, wherein I basically live in our Archive, collecting (and mostly refuting) college legends and myths.
LAW, LEVEL 300 -- CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
That's pretty straightforward.
HISTORY, LEVEL 400 -- POLITICAL REVOLUTIONS OF LATIN AMERICA
Again, pretty straightforward.
ENGLISH, LEVEL 300 -- ADVANCED FICTION WRITING
Again, pretty straightforward. We write 2,000-3,000 words per class period.
ENGLISH, LEVEL 400 -- YOUNG ADULT LITERATURE
We read novels for young adults. And talk about them. And stuff.
