The Simpsons Movie

Yeah, I've been looking forward to this movie for a long time.

+ I liked that it was very much like the TV show. Just as funny, and just as quotable.

- I felt Bart's nude scene was inappropriate even for The Simpsons. I laughed anyway, though, so I feel guilty.

Yeah, it was great. I give it 4/5 stars.

Haha, yeah, all of a sudden you see his yellow little peepee.

Oh, and DOHHHHHHHHMEEEEEE!

I saw it the day after I saw HP5. It was a good movie.

The Spider-pig song still makes me chuckle. There were a couple of funny bits during the credits as well.

The first part, right after the Itchy & Scratchy movie, made me laugh my pants off.

The entire movie was hillarious (DOOOOOOOOOOOOOME!..."Why does everything I whip leave me?"), but this was my favorite part of the movie.
Oh, and I also LOVED the Spider-Pig part, it was so funny XD

I can't say I felt much for it. It was just like an episode of the TV series, the occasional flash of brilliance but otherwise an overblown and mediocre experience. It just didn't fit as a movie.

I haven't been able to get Spider Pig out of my head.

that movie was awesome.

I loved all the subtle references that not everybody picked up on. It was so interesting seeing which people laughed and which didn't to what joke. Yes, that's me - I spend a movie watching the audience. But regardless, it was absolutely hilarious.

Loved the spider-pig jingle ;-)

I've heard this a couple of times, but I don't remember seeing any, and I like to think I'd be able to catch references to things like that (I did detect Scorpio's voice, which I am happy about). Care to elaborate, at least a little?

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie (which wasn't hard, considering I went in expecting complete garbage).

It wasn't amazing, but definitely worthwhile, and had some really funny parts. "I like boys now".

One thing I would have liked to see is more screen time for the side characters. They had occasional one-liners, but only the family themselves had any real part in the story.

I haven't seen the movie, but Marvel has done a Spider-pig thing, too, except they called him Spider-Ham:
