I took a second one that looks the same this morning. But now I'm all crampy and doing a little spotting.

That can be normal. I had cramps, though not bleeding, but I know a lot of women do. It's probably implantation cramps/bleeding. Let the doctor know when you call and they'll probably get you in quickly, just to check.

Ok, Pweb Mamas. A question. (I was going to post this under Confessions, but figured everyone would assume it's Kim asking, and that's not fair to her, so I'll come clean).

Did any of you have really super early pregnancy symptoms (like, before a test confirmed the results early) and if so, what were they?

For the record, I am not actively trying to get pregnant.

Sore boobs and nausea happened really early for me.

This pregnancy was the first time I really anything substantial before even taking the test. I was throwing up at 3 weeks pregnant! (The math on that makes it just about a week after conception.)

I do remember feeling hungry and snacking on a cheese ball AFTER Thanksgiving dinner when I didn't know yet that I was pregnant with Tyler.

Overall for me, symptoms normally come later. But I know girls that know the moment they conceive because of nausea and sore boobs.

Sore/bigger boobs and hunger. Nausea was later for me. The sore boobs pretty well felt like PMS boobs, but I couldn't figure out why my bras suddenly didn't fit.

*hugs* I've never been in this situation so I'm not sure what to say. I was a bit nervous about jumping to conclusions but also very hopeful you were/are pregnant, so if it turns out you're not...I'm sorry for the disappointment and greatly look forward to the excitement when you are. Whenever that is.

That was my original diagnosis months ago that cleared up with oral flagyl, which brought on the YI, which turned into the chronic irritation. You and I seem to be in similar, very bad, cycles!

It's a sucky, sucky cycle.

My ob office had no appts, my regular doc was out of town, the clinic near my house was booked, so I had to go to urgent care. The doc there gave me an oral antibiotic and a yeast cream to use at the same time. Hopefully after I successfully kill EVERYTHING off, the bacteria and yeast can grow together in harmony?

(I'm not holding my breath, though.)

Is yours improving, Nom?

zero offered, after watching an episode of Undeclared, to watch You've Got Mail with me. I told him he didn't have to but he said if it was something I enjoyed, he'd like to.

I am going to propose so hard to this man in a few years, just you wait.

After your suggestion I re-started using the yeast/cortisone cream but applying twice a day religiously for two weeks. That ended right before my period, which just finished. I'm getting tiny hints of itching but we'll see.

I really hope you feel better soon, Steph!

So much more definitive than last time! I'm thinking maybe last month I just read the test wrong? But, I have an appointment to talk with a doctor and do a blood test next week and an ultrasound December 31!
