I've been meaning to do this for a while now (well, since December anyway), but haven't gotten around to it. Basically, PWEB has meant the world to me for a long time and while I haven't posted on here very much recently (that's an understatement), I still lurk. I've known some of you longer than I've known my wife, so it's only right that I share something like this.
This short video (about 3 minutes in length) is a video that looks at my son's first year. Yes, his name is Ender. It started out as a joke. Ever since my wife and I got together, I always told her I was going to name my son "Ender" to which, she'd say, "no way". A couple years ago, when she DID get pregnant and we were looking for names, we had a heck of a time. We didn't feel comfortable calling him "it", so I started referring to him as Baby Ender -- again, as a joke, knowing we'd eventually come up with a better name. Of course, we never did, and the name stuck. Today, I can't imagine him being named anything else. He started crawling early, talking early, and is just the most amazing kid a parent could wish for.
I hope you enjoy it!

What a cutie!! Have you mentioned on the boards that you have a son? I had no idea! Belated congrats and current congrats on making it to one year! So cool that you named him Ender. Is his full name Andrew, or is it just straight up Ender?
I love seeing videos like this and picture montages of babies from birth to one year, because the amount of development and growth is CRAZY.

Thank you, Jayelle! I might have said something, but I honestly don't know... I think I did, because Steph knows. And his name is Ender.

Thanks for sharing, Craig! You have a beautiful family.
you snooze, you lose
well I have snozzed and lost
I'm pushing through
I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and
I'll slug it out
I'm sick of waiting
and I can
hear the bells are
ringing joyful and triumphant
