We're carrying on with the program but have accepted that fact that perfection is not the goal. And the slipups have to be rare and still healthy. The toast, for example, was a single slice, small, and whole grain. But still. Kinda feel like a failure.

I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and

I'm sick of waiting

Don't feel like a failure! You are still following the principle of the program. You are doing it for overall health and that's the important thing.
