I used to have an intense dislike for Owen Wilson -who already appears to have been punched in the face a few times- but I warmed up to him in that one movie...oh, what the hey is it called? Him, Kate Hudson, Matt Dillon, I'm way too lazy to Google...he made me laugh in that, so I've had a hard time disliking him ever since.

I think most of my intense negative reactions have been for females but I don't want to punch them in the face so much as wipe them off the face of the earth. That feeling, however, is fleeting.

This is going to bug me. Not that I want to have a violent reaction towards anyone but I feel like there has to be someone who naturally brings out that desire in me. I'll think on it.

Today I went by Health Services and there was a friendly black kitty hanging out on the path. He (or she) was obviously a pet, had a collar and everything, and seemed to love people. He purred when I picked him up for a snuggle and wound about my legs when I put him down. I felt so bad leaving him there in the cold, but someone had removed the part of his tag with contact info and I had no idea where on campus to take him. If I lived closer, I would have taken him home and let him be warm while I figured out who to call, but we live quite a distance.

I hope he's okay and chipped and found his way home.

With the red collar and half capsule tag (which looked like a bell), I wanted to call him Mogget. (Even though he was the wrong colour, I know, but Kerrigor would be just alarming.)

We sometimes get some interesting graffiti art around the canal by my house, so if I can, I take pictures of it. There's one that's been there for the past week, that is interesting enough to make me hope they leave it up for a bit longer, to get it maximum exposure and all.

I thought about making a thread for it but decided against it, one reason being because I would have named it the Random Acts of Graffiti thread and really, does Pweb need a R.A.G. thread? I don't think so.

I'm really not sure if I'm ready to have a phone that is basically a really small laptop. I tried a friend's iPhone recently and couldn't stop swearing at it because I couldn't navigate anything on it when typing was involved.

Smartphones are for people with social lives, which explains my not needing one. I barely need/use the phone I do have. I'm sure it can do more than make phone calls, text, and take pictures (it has a touch screen, so it sort of looks like a smart phone), but I've never bothered to learn what it can do beyond the basics.

Unsurprising entries: Ben Affleck, Bruce Willis, that Lead Singer Guy from The B-52s.

It all started when we were talking about the least surprising entry of all, Jeff Goldblum
What the hell? What do you have against Jeff Goldblum and Bruce Willis? I'd probably dive in front of Jeff Goldblum to protect him from an in-flight first.

The thing he had against Bruce Willis is that he's apparently a really, really huge douche in real life. And Jeff Goldblum, well, how many times can you play the insufferable genius who is also an enormous a****** before you realize you're probably typecast for a reason?

I enjoy his movies. But man, I'm sure I would want to punch him in the face if I met him IRL.

Hmm, any sources? I've seen him in a couple of interviews and he came across to me as surprisingly reasonable for a celebrity.

Psh, insufferable a******? I think I've only seen three movies he's been in (Jurassic Park, Independence Day, and The Fly), but I never got that. I thought he was pretty funny or cool most of the time on screen.

Goldblum was in Cats and Dogs too, but he really just seemed clueless and eccentric.

Jeff Goldblum really grates on me. I have no comment on his actual personality, but man I hate watching him on screen most of the time.

Mich, can I add Karl Urban to that list? Lord but that man annoys me like no other.

NO. The List is exclusive and not-at-all fun and only certain people can add to it!

PS I'm upset that Karl Urban is Éomer and not Keith Urban's long-lost brother or something.

So I am at long last watching the good Brideshead Revisited, and I am endlessly jealous of their decadence. Also, Jeremy Irons is alarmingly handsome! Having never seen him in film before (the Lion King does not count), I feel I've been missing out.

He's Eomer, but he's also freaking CUPID on Xena and Hercules. Although I almost feel sorry for him for that.

Have some delightfully dorky Pokemon music, with some animation that I think is really neat.

I'm actually one of those people that has played every generation of the pokemon games. Crystal was my favorite hands down, but heart gold comes pretty close too.

And man, I'm so excited for Black/White. I get too worked up over new Pokémon games.

Did you get the special legendary beasts that gamestop was giving away? They're the ones used to get Zoroark.

Black and White looks fun, but I am NOT digging some of the designs. There's one derpy pokemon that is an ICE CREAM CONE. A FREAKING ICE. CREAM. CONE.

There aren't any Gamestops anywhere near me, so no, I missed out. I've never gotten a single mon from a special giveaway thing, although I did get the Yellow Forest for my Pokéwalker, and I managed to snatch a Surfing Pikachu from that.

And I've kind of stopped paying attention to the designs since Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, because I seriously think they've been running out of ideas.

Well, if I still have my shiny Entei when I get Black/White, I could try to set up my wifi and I can lend it to you if you want Zoroark (which honestly doesn't look like he's that great of a pokemon. He's probably just one of those gimmick ones).

Well, when you have to make 150 so many times over, things start getting stale. Diamond/Pearl had a few decent ones like Pachirisu (even if just for the pickup ability), but for the most part, D/P/P ones were just...average and meh. The Black/White ones are all downright ugly. There's probably not even 3 that I like in the whole batch.
