:(

Even if they dye his hair, he is not even remotely close to my mental image of Peter. Hopefully he'll act well enough to make me forget it matters.

Huh. Yeah, I don't think he looks like Peter either, but I guess if he plays the part well I won't complain too much.

Not familiar with him, but his face looks evil enough. Dye his hair and give him a side part comb-over.

Im really looking foward to seeing this actor play Peter. Word on the web is thiskid out lasted 1000 other auditions. apprently Hood was very impressed with his audition. I just wish I knew what scene was done to that he impressed so much. You have to remember that he will play in big part in the later movies in Shadow of the hegaman and Shadow Puppets. After hearing how well he has done, Im now super worked up to see how de does in the movie. I think he will be a scene stealer. Seems alot of the characters are top notch actors.

I actually had Peter as brown headed, but I also had Ender the same way. After seeing Peter, the mother and father, IT looks pretty obvious they wil lbe going with the blond look. I assume Ender willl be dyed Blond too. It does make some sense, later addictions of the book show Ender as a blond hair boy.

With that being said and looking at the history of Jimmy Jax, I think we found ourself the perfect Peter.

Hey, quick question, where exactly did you hear this? I couldn't find anything after a skimming of the EG blogs.

I read it on the net during casting calls. forgive me, but dont have the link handy. IMO, After Ender, Peter is the tougherst part to play. How do you play a Kinda brilliant yet somewhat off the edge insane brother. his Character is very complex. You wonder if he means what he says, or is it something else he has calcualted for the future. either way, anyone who nailed this part will be someone to watch in the movie. I expect him to be a scene stealer. He better not dissapoint, hehe

I just watched the whole link! He's great!

For the record I like 99% of the actors cast for the movie- including Jimmy/James. Very cool.

This is for a good reason. It may be back.
