This link has a good chronology of both the Ender's series and Shadow series. I prefer to read them as written (Speaker for the Dead would be next) but you can choose however you want.

So the time line in the book I just finished Enders in Exile, what would be the next one?

Take your pick. You can follow the time line I posted but as you can see, they overlap. So, just go with whatever you feel like. I would probably do Speaker, Xenocide and Children of the Mind. Then go read the Shadow series. If you can find the short stories, then read them in there as well.
