Is the Polemarch from India or Russia I remember during the end of EG he was from Russia. But then during SP he was going down to India for some reason.

The Polemarch in EG is from Russia. After the League War, said Polemarch steps down. At the beginning of Shadow of the Hegemon, it is indicated that the new Polemarch is Admiral Chamrajnagar, an Indian.
