Good Intentions.

I have so many this semester. I always have a million new semester resolutions. And I come up with so many every Monday. "This week will be different. This time I'll get it right." Etc.

They deserve a thread.

Feel free to contribute your own good intentions regarding your new semester/year/job/week/day/era of life.

I will:

1. Treat my studenthood like it is a job and therefore work at it from 8-5 on the days I'm not at fieldwork. Plus some overtime on weekends.

2. Look in my planner at least once a day.

3. Not treat things in file folders like they have disappeared, but actually look for them.

4. Finish grading students' papers and provide feedback in a timely manner.

5. Read for class.

6. Not procrastinate.

7. Eat well and exercise.

8. Be careful with my money.

This is an excellent idea! I've always thought resolutions should be more than an annual New Year's tradition.

I will:

1. Drink more water
2. Better prioritize my life
3. Enjoy life more
