...maybe a really long time after...*hugs blue*
You'll feel better after crying it out.
Anyway, yeah, that sucks. I will admit there's not a whole lot I remember about you, but I certainly remember this guy, since (as far as I recall), he has to do with your name. It sucks, and there's probably not a lot you can do to make it better, except give it time.
I was going to make my 1000th post on Pweb III about my favorite teacher in high school, but maybe you could use it. You're not alone here. *give BAG 1000 hugs with his 1000th post*

:::hugs everyone back:::
Thanks, you guys. Unfortunately I did notice it this year (no David around to distract me like last time) but the pain (while definitely present) was bearable. It's true; time really does help. It's been five years now. Sometimes out of the blue it still hits me and I feel like I can't breathe and like I'll never, ever be free of it. But now whole days, weeks, months go by before I remember it again. I'm stronger than the memory now. I don't let it define me.
For Josh and others who don't remember/weren't around and can't get to any of the versions of pweb that existed over the last five years to find out: November 29, 2003 was the first time my step-father sexually abused me. I was 21 years old. I pretty much dominated the Dear Bob thread for a couple of years and pweb is a very, very huge part of the reason why I am ok today. Everyone was extremely supportive and I was able to write through everything I was feeling in a place where truly no one would judge me. Because a lot of people were around to read about the incident as it was happening and watch as I slowly healed from it, a lot of them know that Nov. 29th is a hard day for me almost every year, and a lot of them go out of their way to let me know that they care. Which is incredible.
Seriously, you guys are amazing. Thank you so much.

you snooze, you lose
well I have snozzed and lost
I'm pushing through
I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and
I'll slug it out
I'm sick of waiting
and I can
hear the bells are
ringing joyful and triumphant

I also got my postcard, and i'm so excited! My dad (who checked the mail) can't stop believing that I really don't know what it means yet.

And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears.
And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears.
Get over your hill and see what you find there,
With grace in your heart and flowers in your hair.

Yay! *hugs Twinny*
I'm wondering what Adam's theory is; I can't imagine it's so hard to figure out.
Then again, my mom, little brother, and grandma couldn't quite understand and they watched me and asked questions throughout the week I was making them. To be fair, I left out some potentially important details in order to prevent them from finding Pweb.
I'm a little too eager for it to be time to explain.
But that's 3of16.

Make that four! I got mine yesterday! I, too, have a theory about the whole, but even individually, my postcard is beautiful! Thank you!

I don't have mine yet. Though, everyone who's gotten cards is west of here, so maybe they just haven't made it this far east yet.
*hugs Kelly again*
I didn't know. I was thinking maybe it had something to with what's-his-face, like maybe it was the day you broke up or something. Those are the Kelly Bob posts I remember.
Hm, Kellybob has a nice ring to it. I think someone has a new nickname.
