It was amusing. He gave my teeth a pep talk and would cheer himself on every so often. He even tried to hold a conversation with me and then he'd answer with what I was thinking, "Oh yeah...my hand is in your mouth. I guess I'm being a bit silly."

Overall, the best dental experience I've had.
I would come to Arizona, just to go to your dentist. And then I would visit you.

I HATE HATE HATE applying for jobs.
I hate that it always feels like I'm getting nowhere with the applications.
I hate finding an awesome apartment, but lack of a better job prevents, ya know, living there.

I hate cavities. : (

Heartburn. I only get it when I'm pregnant.

Ugh, isn't that the worst?

I thought I had experienced heartburn before pregnancy, but I had NO IDEA.

Being sick. It's been just two weeks of going on with school and I'm already catching something and not able to work on papers for Whole Damn Day. Not even speaking about studying as my focus is basically non-existant, I'm only learning the very basic chapters.

When you're clipping your nails and thinking to yourself "man, this might be a new record, I haven't lost a single nail," you get to the last one, the pinky on your left hand, and it flies away, and you see it, and you follow its path to the carpet, and you know exactly where it is, but you can't find it.

:(

Stupid nails.

They delayed the release of the Left 4 Dead 2 Demo AGAIN. :(

And now the time for release is getting closer, I'm paranoid that it's going to run away once more...

2. The girl who impossibly got 104 on our 9 Weeks AP Chem Test(which was really a practice AP Test)
which pretty much screwed the curve, and left my grade at a 26.

Being sick.

Waking up in the middle of the night with a massive stomach ache, throwing up and getting a slight headache, to top it up.

That one of my very dear friends who just gave birth to a baby girl got the swine flu at the hospital, and so did the baby. So she and her husband can't see the baby for 48 hours after mom is symptom free, and meanwhile the baby is on a ventilator in the NICU. They thought she might die, but fortunately it looks better and the baby is stable now. Reading about it is just breaking my heart, even though her mother is very straightforward and upbeat.

Wow, that's terrifying. My SIL is due in 2 weeks. She just got the swine flu vaccine...I don't know if that protects the baby when she's born.

The computer records system being slow.

The fact that Kansas is just now working on getting people to use the left lane only for passing and exiting. This was what I learned in Driver's Ed in TX when I was 15. It's not that hard, folks. I swear, traffic really will flow a lot better. And you won't have me on your bumper giving you dirty looks.

I don't hate this thread; but I'm biased because I birthed it, like a mother loves her ugly children. I also love the list (and still hate every single item on said list).

The critters that are using our roof for an acorn bowling alley and/or transit highway all night long. I lie awake in bed thinking of ways to hunt them down and then I feel bad, like I'm some kind of villain from a disney/pixar film.

I hate having less than $5 in my bank account, savings and checking combined. I had forgotten what it was like to be this broke.

I guess the good news is in 13 days I'll have two bills and the rest goes right into savings, but still...

I guess I also hate that my dad asked me why my savings was at zero; it's not his account to worry about, so he shouldn't be looking in on it.

Last thing: I hate how some Mondays don't feel like days off.

you're 26 get your own account. just leave the other one open to help your credit score (you'll have to pay lower security deposits on apartments because of that).

I hate that I think someone is stealing my packages. I've had three things that should have shown up this last week, from abe books, amazon marketplace and from amazon. the amazon one says it was delivered last tuesday. it was not.

otoh, there's been a package hanging out unmolested down by the mailboxes since saturday... and the dozen or two things I've ordered since moving here have all arrived okay.

and amazozn makes it easy to file a claim on marketplace orders but it's impossible to try to find a way to do it for amazon orders.

Mashed potatoes and gravy as a side dish, except at Thanksgiving.

Finding out what I thought was vanilla pudding is actually coconut.

Bad day in the cafeteria, overall.

I have my own account. It's viewing/access privileges that need changing, not accounts. I started it as a teen and was only able to get it because of my dad's military status, so he had access. I have the option to remove him, I just haven't because it would make me feel bad. Worse than the hatred of being checked up on. I still reserve the right to bitch about it until I'm ready to handle it.

I've still got no sense of taste or smell, over four weeks from its sudden disappearance. Getting a bit worried - maybe I should see the doctor, especially since there are no other symptoms...

I hate being in the same breathing space as both my parents. One on one I can mostly handle them, unless either is having a serious case of the Stupids but together? One always starts off on edge, which makes the other tense up, and there is much pissiness thereafter, especially if the gathering involves decision making.

ARRRGGG!!!!

Work makes me so mad. We've started the reorganization - I had to make a list of all jobs in order of preference and now they've slotted us in accordingly.

I checked my work email this morning to find that they have posted the results... on the INTRAnet - so it's only viewable from work. Eff.
I am not in until 1pm today, so the results are there for everyone to see, but I don't know them yet. I'm going to walk into work today and my co-workers are going to know what my new position is BEFORE I DO.

It's a fricking Word Document. How hard would it be to just ATTACH it to the email?? But no, they have to post it on the intranet where there's no way to see it till I go to work - no way to digest the results at home, instead I have to find out in front of patrons and co-workers.
One Duck to rule them all.

I don't like this cough
It makes me fear consumption or swine flu

I don't think it is though, and i need to work to make some money for rent, food, and my moth addiction.

Yes, that's right. MOTHS.
