Too. Tee-double-O. For crying out loud. Learn grammar and spelling before you make the GrammarNazi's head explode. Until you punctuate, capitalize and spell, I'm going to just pretend your posts don't exist.

There's a lot of literary people on the board (go figure!), so they tend to take the written word very seriously.Wow i diddn't know this forum was so tight on spelling and grammar.
And while I'm in this thread, I'll say it irritates me a bit. Not when people correct me, but when I see the pointless arguments about it betwixt others.

Those stupid product parties where you spend an hour and a half getting pitched cutesy stuff that you will never use (in this case a scrapbooking party). I wanted to shoot someone afterwards. ICK.

Canadian coins.
Particularly Canadian quarters.
Particularly when I've brought just exactly enough change to do laundry down to the basement with me, and the washing machine won't accept the Canadian quarter and I have to walk back up to my apartment on the third floor to get a different one.
The moral of the story is:
Canadian quarters are irritating and
I can't wait to be a grown up and buy my very own washer and dryer.

It really is ridiculous that they're not the same thickness.
I'm glad our laundry machines are "SmartCard" where you just credit your card at a machine and don't have to muss around with change.
The machines, however, only take 20s, which can be a pain when all you have are 5s.

Things that I hate:
-2nd degree sunburns
-the Sun when I'm going to the beach
-Myself, for always forgetting to put on enough sunblock cream to protect me from sunburns
-Myself, for being so white, I can't go to the beach or an outside pool and not get burnt (unless I use a relatively large amount of sunblock)
-The beach, and particularly sand. It's fun when you're on the beach, but afterwards- especially if it's in your food- it is really annoying.
In conclusion:
I went to the beach yesterday (returned home from that vacation today), did not watch out for myself and got burnt real bad, and now I can barely move my shoulders without feeling pain. And it's going to get a lot worse soon.
Though it was fun, even if I moan about it..=)

I am the palest person I know--I'm practically transparent in person. I use a moisturizer with SPF year-round, but I started applying full sunblock everywhere back in March. SPF 60. I try to reapply at least three times throughout the day (If I'm going to be outside) and sometimes I can still burn through it.
People make fun of me for being such a freak about sunblock, but I'm too fair-skinned not to be.
(I do admit to enjoying my first small burn of the year. When it's just a little pink and doesn't hurt too badly. It makes me feel like summer is truly happening. But only the first one).

you snooze, you lose
well I have snozzed and lost
I'm pushing through
I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and
I'll slug it out
I'm sick of waiting
and I can
hear the bells are
ringing joyful and triumphant

Spending two weeks waiting for my RROD'd Xbox 360 to come back only to find out that Microsoft claims my Xbox 360 has been "tampered with" and they will not repair it even though it is in warranty.
Hopefully the f****** will figure out that I did NOT tamper with it and repair it for free. Either that or I can get Sams Club to exchange it. Or maybe I can spend $14 and fix the f****** mistake Microsoft can't seem to accomplish. If not any of these then I'll just sell my games and s*** and give up on xbox.

I say you sue Microsoft for $347 billion and 57 cents.

How every conversation I tend to have that brings up 4chan with someone already familiar with it tends to lead to "yeah, I haven't been there in a while", or "I agree, the best amount of /b/ to read is none". If you're about to go down that path with me, just don't.
People that mistreat customer service employees, or employees trying to serve them in general. If they can't do anything about it, they can't do anything about it. Yelling does not help in those cases (yelling to a manager, unfortunately, can help; but if there's nothing that somebody can do, there's nothing they can do!). And I've never worked in the field, either.

Being sick. But I've opened up a new thread just for that.
Being bored AND sick at the same time.
Being unable to leave the house, or do anything, actually, including walking.
My little brother coming into my room. It wouldn't be much trouble if I weren't very curious for my privacy, and if my brother hadn't talked so much...But you gotta live with what you got, and he's good at heart (compared to his friends, he's actually an angel)..
Lags on TypeRacer. They made me make so many mistakes, and I'm trying to improve my speed (currently a low average of 53wpm).

Kelly, if we ever meet in person, we will have to spend time comparing our lack-of-tans. I bet I'm paler than you. It's my Norwegian-Irish heritege. All the pigment my French ancestors had went to my eyes and hair, leaving none for my skin.I am the palest person I know--I'm practically transparent in person.

This is ballin'. I mean, s*** is so cash right now. My 360 must have a power level of over 9000.
They called today and said they wouldn't fix it because 'the seal shows signs of tampering' and that 'for security reasons they could not open it'. I hate Microsoft.
Apparently they were afraid they would open my xbox and a mudkips would jump out. So, dead xbox is dead. No long cat is going to fix this box. I've looked up rule 34 on my xbox and I can probably fix it with some WHEN I WAS.
Lulz. Just for zeroguy. But seriously, they won't fix it. Their recommendation was "go to Gamestop or something and see what they say". I didn't yell, I just hung up on them. Today I will try out Sams Club. Apparently their return policy is pretty lenient and, really, since I'm trading it out it's not like they're losing money -- they just send the problem hardware back to Microsoft and get credit for it. I'm hoping that showing how they tried to give me an unboxed, completely open one when I initially bought it and they had to give me another just an hour later... maybe I can use some sort of "Did you give me another used, open Xbox?" argument on them. Please, please, please work!

I don't think he's 'doable', but he's a good looking older guy. Yeah.
Edit to add a hate: Girls that obsess over their breast size, especially those that are willing to do things like buy strange products or get breast implants. Srsly, knock it off. It's shape that matters, not size! Besides, I'm more one to like the smaller breasts rather than the excessively large. >.>

My dad's computer.
My dad's wife did some changes to it the other day and ever since, it's been running horribly. The icons take forever to load and it takes a good 10 minutes at least to be operable when (re)starting, the cursor freezes in the middle of the screen at random times, and if the computer is left idle for even just 5-10 minutes, it typically has to be restarted because it freezes.
ETA: Seeing my username all over the place. It makes me feel like I talk/whine/B.S. way too much and turn people away.

Alea Alea Alea... oh, wait, you said username, didn't you. Peters_Girl.
Peters_Girl!
(I would have randomly inserted it in the middle of the sentences, but I was trying to keep it at least semi-intelligible.)
Edit: Nearly forgot (pweb does such a good job of making me forget horrible things...): that damn openssl bug. Practically ruined my whole damn day.
Peters_Girl. I didn't say I hated chan memes. Peters_Girl Peters_Girl. I wouldn't go around saying "rule 34 on my xbox", though, unless you're ready to face the consequences. I'm quite ashamed to say that the first time, the second time, and probably the following three times I read that I never got it. One day, all of a sudden, I got it! And I laughed. It was good.
Oh, and Sams Club said they would exchange it if there was no visible damage.
I hate that I still care for her so much.

Lol. It's a joke within a joke-like. Nice one!Why do they call it an Xbox 360?
Because when you see it, you'll turn 360 degrees and walk away.
I hate my computer, for constantly preventing my anti-virus from getting the new Internal Virus Database. Which sucks.
