Also, The World Ends With You is one of the best handheld RPGs ever. Maybe THE best.
If even Yahtzee says something good about it, it very well may be.

Edit: That techno/opera thing in The Fifth Element. That set of scenes is kind of, well, stupid, but I can't help but enjoy it so much whenever I see it. Kinda describes the whole movie, really.

I love going on walks.
Especially on frozen lakes at sunset.

The one day I accidentally sleep in and miss school, the teacher never showed. Everyone waited about 45 minutes then went home. Since I live a good 30 minutes away, I'm so glad I missed this, lol. I just got the email apologizing from my professor. Yay karma! :P

I oversleep (from 7:30am to 6:45 pm supposed to be at work at 7pm and it's a 45 minute/10 mile drive) and upon calling my boss discover an editor is staying late anyway so there's not even going to be a bay available for me to work in for a few hours. Ha!

ETA: just read the above post, weird...

Today is Friday, so I get to go to VG's!! VG's is the best bakery in the universe. They have these cream cheese rolls the size of your head, and they are the most amazing thing I've ever eaten. They also make killer red velvet cakes - I had one for my birthday, and I get the cupcakes all the time. My bf and I make a tradition to go after school on Friday afternoons to celebrate the week being over. It's HEAVEN.

Showers. really hot showers. I could stand in a shower all day if the hot water didn't eventually give out.

but that would be a waste of water and I don't love that. :(

Basketball. I love this game, and it shames me that I'm sorta bad at it (and 5'11'', which isn't nearly enough for me).
Also, one of my greatest wishes in life- after world peace, being rich, being able to fly and whatnot- is being able to slam dunk, and my height and athleticism (or lack of) kinda prevent that. (Though I can dunk on low rims- there are just nearly no low rims in the open city, and we live in an apartment so we can't setup a basket and play there).

I also love root beer. Yummy. :D

Sushi. Mmmmm, Mmmmmm, Mmmmmm!!!
I made sushi tonight. And I did a really good job, too! But there's no one to help me eat it...

EDIT: Found someone! Yay! I hate wasting food, and I can't eat four whole rolls myself.

Agreed.

Also, the Ratchet and Clank series. If only I had a PS3 so that I could play Future: ToD... T_T (but alas, these things are really expensive here- a PS3 costs- at the very least- about 900$, and each game costs about 110$)

Sleep, of which I have not been getting even though I've had the past five days completely and utterly off from work.

I love that I am DONE with physiology for nearly 6 weeks!

(Granted, I DO NOT love that next semester's final will cover material from this final as well... aaaaaaaah a cumulative year of information?! Though, I guess, really, at this point everything is cumulative. It's all fair game for Boards and it's all useful in practice.)

A certain class whose last session was this week. Seriously, I loved that class; I nearly cried when I realized it was over. I may never meet that wonderful professor ever again...

Hanging ornaments, playing christmas carols on the piano, and splitting a chocolate bar infused w/ red chilis with my dad.

The fact that, even with the kids at 23, 21, and 15, my family will still pile in the car together go to the store (even just CVS!)

Going to musicals.

3way Calls.

New hair (I'm going back to light blonde for Christmas)

Homemade lasagna (I love being Italian)

It's been a decent day :)

Homemade lasagna (I love being Italian)
aww, My Paternal Grandma, she didn't cook a lot, but one meal she did do was lasagna for Christmas Night Dinner. She'd make two, one with cottage cheese (this was back before ricotta was carried in any grocery store in my hometown, much less in walMart) and one without, for my brother who didn't like it. Everyone loved her lasagna. :) I haven't had homemade lasagna in a while, I think my mom and I will make a batch when I get back home next week. :D Hilariously, this was the german side of the family that had Lasagna for Christmas. :)

- Memories
- Having the person I grew up idolizing being jealous of me (so I'm sadistic, sue me)
- The ebbs and flows of life (even when it ebbs where you don't want it to)
- Having other people treat you better just because you feel better about yourself
- Being loved, in any capacity
- Allowing myself to be myself, finally.
Stop trying to be perfect. Focus on being you; perfect will come.
