I love snow! It makes driving fun! As long as there aren't very many cars on the road, which there weren't on the drive to church today.

Very jealous of your tax credits! No worse filing status than married without kids.

I love that tomorrow I'm seeing some extended family who are coming in from out of town. I really like them but see them far too often.

The whole thing was so sweet and perfect, I feel a bit like a bitch for giving him crap about his response the first time we talked about it. It was very much worth the wait.

Also, today is my one year anniversary in IL.

We have this huge she moose hanging around our feed mill and every time i'm around she ends up around the office and she always comes right at me and will persue me! Julie and everyone here loves it but I'm getting a little spooked. She only has eyes for me so far, Julie calls her my main groupie and that she is fine with that . I just wish I could be a bit less handsome to the large vennison type women.

Planning a day trip to CT tomorrow to see a Bullock's Oriole. I'm going stir crazy from so many days stuck at home with a cold and hurt shoulder.

My new travel mug. I made some chai an hour before closing and it was still hot when I got off work and had to wait an hour for the train.

I love that I get to take my nephew to Emerald City Comicon. We're going to surprise him and I know it's something he is absolutely going to LOVE! I love that i'm going, but i'm more excited for him.

I love it when it's early enough and I'm fast enough that I can get Nom-nom back to sleep by just rubbing her back and singing her lullaby.

When it's time to do laundry, I don't have to leave the condo.

I gained 20 minutes of my time back due to being closer to the train station.

I haven't washed a dish myself in over a week; that's what the dishwasher is for.

I love the smell of homebuilt smoked german sausage! Just nuked a piece I just grabbed out of the smokehouse. I did a new thing and grated some frozen velvita cheese and mixed it in before stuffing it, it melts away and gets uber juicy mmmmm!

You put VELVEETA CHEESE in a homebuilt smoked german sausage???? I dont doubt the juicy part.. but such SACRILEGE! Ok, I know that Velveeta is the cheapest cheese in the world... but there is a REASON for that (namely, it's the worst so-called "cheese" in the world).

My mouth does water at the rest of the idea though :)

My grandfather is the same way. You can give him a jar of the velveeta paste stuff and he'll eat it by the spoonful. I don't know what gets into them at that age ;)

I know velveta is gross but a little bit really works , we tried this high temp cheese from the butcher supply house but it won't melt at all. Other than the cheese it's my regular famous formula but with less beef fat so without the velveta I bet it would be too dry, it's really about 50/50 beef n elk. Anyhow it's always soo good right out of the smokehouse even better with a glass of beer!
