I see your "O come, O come, Emmanuel" and raise you a "House of Broken Dreams" by Mark HeardO come, O come, Emmanuel is the most beautiful song in the whole world. If longing could take musical form, this would be it. It is the heartbreak and hope of generations of a nation put to words, and it leaves me awestruck every time.

friends with whom you can actually say those really strange things that pop into your head without it being awkward.Seeing friends after years being apart, and being as comfortable with each other as if it had only been a week.

I both love this and hate this: the fact that, due to my recent weight loss, nearly all of my jeans fall off me WHILE there's a belt on. Makes me both proud and annoyed at the same time.
Who controls the British crown? Who keeps the metric system down?
We do! We do!
Who leaves Atlantis off the maps? Who keeps the Martians under wraps?
We do! We do!
Who holds back the electric car? Who makes Steve Gutenberg a star?
We do! We do!
Who robs cavefish of their sight? Who rigs every Oscar night?
We do, we do!

No way....
I was amazed enough when Starlooker said she'd never seen it, but you?! Miss Movie buff?!
That just blows my mind.
Anyway, just wait until you see The Empire Strikes Back.

And, lol, yeah - pretty much numerous people asked me to wait for them to see it, so I kept pushing it further and further back..and it never came through, for one reason or another. So I finally just took matters into my own hands.
Oh, and Cam - Slumdog Millionaire was flipping PHENOMENAL.
Good for you, as much fun as it would be to watch someone experience Star Wars new, it's awesome you finally saw it, and are now getting to watch my favorite, Empire.

Slumdog Millionaire is my favorite new movie since In America, which I think was in 2003 so yeah, I love it alot and want to see it again. the whole film is so astounding, breathtaking and just all-around great storytelling.
So, Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb.
I LOVED The Empire Strikes Back! Even moreso than A New Hope. And no one is online for me to be so excited with
Yeah, I was trying to decide right after Slumdog how long it had been since I loved a new movie so much. I haven't officially decided, but it's certainly my favorite recent film in the past couple years, at least.
I love movie days. LOL

Yeah I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed that movie. Such excellent storytelling, and everything was so well edited and organized. I'm not usually in to indie movies, but that definitely struck the right chord with me. I'll even buy it when it comes out on DVD, so I can show it to people who are like "slum what??" when I mention it.

When I get into a good creative rhythm.
(My next project, which has to be done overnight and mailed by tomorrow afternoon, is a 3-D, some-assembly-required gingerbread house Christmas "card" for my little brother's girlfriend...but we'll say it's from him )

Se paciente y duro; algún día este dolor te será útil.

All-day Spongebob marathon at Nickelodeon. Still funny after numerous views =)
Edit: They just aired the episode with the funniest moment of Spongebob ever. You gotta watch it (yeah, I know it's low quality and too quiet but what can you do?). I have no other words to explain it than ROFL.
