Hmm. I don't watch a whole lot on tv, but I'm including the DVDs I pop in when nothing's on. (Which is too often.)
Semi-historical fantasy
- Robin Hood (BBC)
- The Tudors
Modern/futuristic fantasy
- Buffy
- Angel
- Firefly
- the 4400
Science/Crime
- the X-files (Yes, it counts as science.)
- House MD
- Law and Order SVU
- Law and Order (Occasionally.)
Anime
- Cowboy Bebop
- Digimon (S1&S2)
- Sailor Moon
Misc
- Life With Derek
(I know I probably ought to be embarrassed of the last three, but, well, I'm more sort of not.)
What are YOU lookin' at?

i watch the following tv.
weekly, religiously:
24
and it looks like The Riches now, too.
while the baby is napping at my nannying job, depending on the day/time:
Law & Order SVU
MTV's The Hills (i know. i don't care, but i know. i love it. so kill me).
Felicity reruns
Gilmore Girls reruns
on dvd pretty much incessantly in the background:
Buffy
Angel
Firefly
Six Feet Under
My So-Called Life
Dead Like Me
there are others, but those are the big ones. i'm not a big tv watcher. besides an hour or two during the day two days a week when i'm sitting, and monday nights 24 and The Riches... i mostly just throw on one of Joss Whedon's brain-children when i'm cleaning or cooking or straightening my hair or can't sleep.
[edited to add]
and Entourage. henry got me WAY into Entourage.

you snooze, you lose
well I have snozzed and lost
I'm pushing through
I'll disregard the cost
I hear the bells
so fascinating and
I'll slug it out
I'm sick of waiting
and I can
hear the bells are
ringing joyful and triumphant

No reason to be embarrased about either Digimon or Sailor Moon.
Anime
- Cowboy Bebop
- Digimon (S1&S2)
- Sailor Moon
(I know I probably ought to be embarrassed of the last three, but, well, I'm more sort of not.)

I never really watched the first, but the second was a classic of anime in general and a big part of its genre. Minus its butchered Americanization during transition across the Pacific, it was a quality program.

Digimon was adorable in the first season, especially--the second I enjoyed only because the old characters were still in it, but I think that was as much snobbery on my part as anything else. After that, the entire concept changed, and I got disgusted upon hearing that and didn't even watch an episode.
Sailor Moon was terrific. I tend to think people look at me cross-eyed because of the horrendous job that was done when they turned in American--let's cut out an important relationship, turn Usagi's voice deafingly high-pitched, and destroy it in half a dozen other ways.
