Meyhod Of Characterization

I'm doing an English project on the Method of Characterization and the character i chose to analyze was Bean. I have to write a character trait focoused on a given subject (Speech, Thoughts, Actions, Etc.) and then provide a quote from the book or story proving what I said as a character trait.
The problem is I chose to use examples and quotes from Shadow Puppets, only to later realize I had lost my copy of Shadow Puppets.
I'm asking for help, please write quotes that may support the character trait i chose.
Character trait: Self loathing- beleives he is not human because of a disease that makes him super intellegent, but will kill him at a young age.

Google books has it. I'd suggest using that.

the preveiw on google books only goes tho page 95. And my mom won't let me buy it, since she already has, and i lost it, and it's my fault, etc. :bash:
I guess i'll keep looking for it...

Check with your local and school libraries. They may have it.

Also, if this is an English project (or even if it wasn't, really), proofread proofread proofread!
