Well all right, gang, good to hear! I'm thinking of going travelling myself too, but I'll need to clear it with the wife and kids - NAWT. Haha, life is great.

I'm not engaged, married, or with child. But I want to someday. Am I still allowed in this thread?

You are, once you start coming to our weekly drunken paintball games that the others can"t attend because they have children to be annoyed by, you'll see the light

Don't you still live in a desert? I don't know, maybe we could meet in an environment less hostile to Irishmen.

Shoo! Begone Kelly! Bah, damn engaged people have to come to terms with the life of misery they've signed up for.

I have many hours a day to do whatever I want! (Especially since I am only very part-time employed (it pays well for the hours I work, but still not much)! Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I have nothing on my schedule. Monday I have only a 2 hour rehearsal with a choir I sing with, and Friday night I only have a RPG I've started playing with some folks. Other than that I can do whatever the heck I feel like whenever the heck I want to (well, whatever the heck I can afford, and let's face it, if I had kids then I wouldn't be able to feed them at this point).

And for those times when I happen to want interaction with a mini-human, I can go visit my niece and witness all the cuteness but not have to deal with the trouble of parenthood. :D Diaper needs changing? That's my sister or brother-in-law's job.

*whispers* Meet me in Montauk.

No, no, not Montauk. Meet me in the Midwest. A few of us are going to gather in the greater Chicago area in 2012.

It would be rough, having to be in such an environment but I would suffer through it...for you.

I think Jebus was actually trying to create a "no Kellys club" thread. He's just trying to be subtle about it, the oversensitive "nice guy" that he is. At least he's not married or something.
[My one and only post in here so I get the dot to appear on my thread list.]
I'm on to you!

Holy fraking god...

I knew this. I know women who are like that. No, I don't know if there are any who have pulled that sperm stealing trick... ick... But I know some who think like that. I am sure some have lied to boyfriends/fiances/husbands about birth control. And, while not baby related, I know one who pulled the job thing she talked about there. He doesn't even realize it, and thinks that she is fervently looking for a new job after she got let go from her old one last winter (I even suspect that she orchestrated that whole deal). No, she is enjoying not working and letting Jack work. If Jack wasn't on board with the having a baby thing (which he is now) I'm sure she would lie about birth control, too.

I do realize that not all women are THAT crazy. At least, I hope not all women are that crazy...

If I was regularly getting sex I'd seriously consider getting a vasectomy, because I do not want kids, and would have no problem, were my views to change drastically in the future along with my prospects or desire to marry, adopting. I don't see any of that crazy scenario ever happening, though. I'm quite happy by myself and child free.

Fortunately there is a slew of comments from women underneath telling her she is disgusting and evil, which has reaffirmed my momentarily shaken faith in the finer sex.

Yea, but getting not married or pregnant is like three times easier when you're gay.
