I... can't believe it. I've never worked a real job a day in my life, and I get hired with half-of-an-undergraduate-degree at such a high starting salary at the first company that I interview for.

Still a chance it could fall through, though. I need to be approved by their parent company, which takes a week, but at the same time they want to get the background check, drug testing, and my gaming license all done this week also. So, this leads me to believe it's just a formality.

Holy crap.

No, I'm still waiting to hear back from them. This is for a think-tank (with a potential placement in my preferred city).

Being a month from graduation and not having a job offer (other than some temporary law work with zero chance of turning into a real job should I find nothing else and need something for 4 months): -200 life points.

my sister and i went to a roller derby semi-finals match in madison tonight. it was crazy fun, and the people watching was excellent! my sister thinks she might wanna join. i thought the sport was very interesting and fun, and not to mention the women roller skating around and doing hip-checking one another was kinda hot.

Pulled my first all nighter on the night of the second to last day of the semester - and managed to finish 5 2-page reports on random psychology experiments AND a 3 page paper for Sociology on a book I hadn't completely read.

Managed to finish it all by when they were due on Monday.

Managed to go to all my classes that were meeting for the last time.

Promptly fell asleep after it was all turned in at 3 and woke up at 9.
