Mich, I like your art style.
You should make a Pweb Comic. *nods head enthusiastically*

You do look more like an adult!

How the heck is everyone growing up? I'm old now.

New hair! She curled it so it's a little longer then this when straight, but I got about 7 inches cut off.

Fred, the new hair is adorable! I love that look on you.

And Chris, despite looking a little surprised, I still think that's a really nice picture. The color tones in it are awesome and warm.

Fred: Love your new hair!

Steph: That is quite a costume! Congrats! I am terrible at costuming myself!

Nate and I went for a walk around uptown Charlotte during the wonderful Spring weather this week!

Fred, your new haircut is lovely!

Kimmie, you and Nate are such an adoreable couple. And your hair is sooooo long now! Are you going to keep growing it out?

I have no idea what to do with my hair! It's so long and I definitely don't want to cut it short, but it's getting close to being too long, I think. It's also a little scraggly at the ends.

Thanks, everyone. It was fun dressing up for the night. A beige shirt and some ice skating tights made me feel covered, even though my costume was skanky!

Kimmie, you guys are so cute!

That was my first reaction. After that, I took a good look at the picture and thought it was really well framed overall; I mean, it looks so simple but there's so much going on in the background and it looks so nice, and then there's the really cute couple in the foreground. Love it.

Braid it, then you can use your hair and an impromptu club and/or garrote in a fight.

Since it's become a joke how tall Pwebbers are, for height comparisons since we only took one side-by-side photo and it was at the Bean, which distorts reality anyway. Behold, the tall Pwebber:

Apparently he can't remember Pweb exists.

But of course he's flying! How do you think he got to and from Chicago? :P

are you implying that since Chicago = Metropolis and Zero = flying, that Zero = Superman.

Chicago = Metropolis
This is false. Chicago is hundreds of miles away from Metropolis!

Still not sure how these scribbles constitute "good"(enough to be in an art gallery) art...

Your expression is awesome, Cenez.

We took our kids to their first baseball game! (Thank goodness for $5 Rockpile seats!)

You can watch the Cubs lose to the Cardinals at Wrigley this week for $5-$6.

Hey! Where were those prices when I was looking at tickets in May?

I could go on Wednesday, actually, but I want my first Cubs game to be special; I'm waiting for Ed to go with me, so I have a friend to share the experience with. I don't want to do everything alone. :)

Thanks everyone! We had a great time.

I love Coors Field for building the Rockpile. It was a genius idea when building a stadium. They are bleacher seats way out in the outfield, but they always have been and (presumably) always will be $5 a ticket. If you get the tickets at the stadium day of (about 2.5 hrs before game time) kids and seniors are only $1. I love that they make the experience available to even us poor people! :)
