Awwwww! That's adorable, Steph!
There's another home somewhere,
There's another glimpse of sky...
There's another way to lean
into the wind, unafraid.
There's another life out there...

So very cute. It would make a perfect Christmas card.

Rock Band, I am both sad and happy to say, is such a better experience.

Actually, I prefer Frets on Fire; my computer can handle it (and my computer's from 2004), and it's free =) (PS2 games cost about 90$ here, PS3 games cost about 105$ apiece, and they don't sell X-360 and Wii here)

I'm sorry, but Rock Band is greater than any game with just the guitar as an instrument to play.

Also more expensive than any other such game, yes. But also more enjoyable.

My brother brought Rock Band over on Christmas and I somehow ended up doing most of the singing, even though I'm the worst singer ever. It was tons of fun, though. Much better than Guitar Hero.

In an effort to not hijack this thread, let me summarize: work has picked up considerably, my attention outside of work has been in slightly higher demand, and the wireless internet I've been stealing from my neighbor has been flaky.

I shall endeavor to improve!

I thought some people might find my ugly mug lulzy.. especially with the INSANE amount of facial hair I've managed to accumulate.

Month ago:
Image

Tonight with crazy uncombed hair and pulling all the facial hair away from my face:
Image

I am either (A) Too lazy to shave; (B) Attempting to see how long it takes for my face to become one GIANT furball or; (C) Preparing to live the life of a mountain man. Figured it would be neat to not shave or get a haircut.. see how it goes... so far all this hair is driving me INSANEEEE. Also, now that I look at the pictures, I look very sad... but it's better than looking really weird with a fake smile! :P

The other day the old lady at the grocery store asked me how many kids I had. Scary...

Did she assume that, because you have facial hair, you have kids? I'm afraid I don't see the correlation.

Perhaps when not looking at a camera I look older or she was blind? In the last year with hair on my face (albeit slightly lacking in some spots) I've had several different people ask me questions like how many kids I have, if I own a home, how much I make at my job, etc. It's very weird. Also, perhaps she just assumed I had kids because I was buying Lunchables. Damn it Lunchables aren't just for kids!
