Confession: I find that I am currently lacking things to read on the internet which I haven't read before, a fact that saddens me. Update faster, PWeb!

(I tried Questionable Content, but I can't read it from the start now..too much time)
You could try any/all of the other webcomics we've listed in the thread on webcomics. (I'd look it up and link to it for you, but you're looking for things to do anyway, right?)

Wrong. I'm looking for things to read; preferably funny stuff. If you could look it up, it would be lovely. :D

Our join dates here aren't all accurate in the strictest sense.

For example, my real join date is May 8, 2003, not September 2006.

Anyone with a September join date was probably part of Pweb 2.0 before The Great Crash of '06 (tm), and possibly Ye Olde Pweb, back in 2001.

Denewbification can take a little while...

Knowing about the crashes and (roughly) who was on Olde Pweb or Pweb 2 is part of denewbification.

I know about these..I just didn't think about it when I wrote the post. Sorry... Also, my post was meant to be a joke, I just couldn't find a way to make it funny.. mind too busy.

I gained quite a bit satisfaction from noticing that my thread (aka this thread) currently has more replies and therefore more pages than Bob. It gives me some sense of actually belonging here that I don't have most of the time.

Confession: My house is a royal mess. I don't really have the energy to clean it, and I don't know who to get help from.

And I'm worried about the rest of my family, R and kids, and their health. And my teeth. And.... Yeah.

What others wrote is (probably) accurate for your denewbification on behalf of the board in general. Since you are two incarnations of Pweb younger than me, though, you will probably always be at least partially a newb in my eyes.

I've spent far too much time tonight just watching various videos with sped up "Caramelldansen" as the background music, with characters from some random thing doing that dance. Why is it so funny to me? It's just bouncing back and forth! Bwahhrdfh.

As I fondled my pillow girlfriend Katia, I thought about how things had changed for all of us....
That made me laugh uproariously because...

Confession: I have a pillow "boyfriend."

I don't fondle the pillow, really I don't, but it's still embarrassing to admit that I pretend my pillow is a person.

Sometimes I cry myself to sleep in the arms of my girlfriend-pillow.

Few confessions.

I frequently, but secretly, think myself superior to people that have to take some sort of prescription drug every day due to some physical or mental illness they may possess.

I feel bad for thinking that way.

I want a girlfriend-pillow.

Don't worry Twinny, I do it too! The only difference is my pillow is a batman pillow, so it's like having a tiny batman to cuddle with.

I have watched -- and enjoyed -- StarCraft tournament game videos (with commentary). And at the same time, my mind is still completely boggled that there are people who play that game for a living. Although I'm not sure if anyone does that when not in Korea.

I don't think I can ever take articles like this seriously, even if it is in fact a major. The word 'banana' is just too damn funny.

Confession: Some days, a huge part of what gets me through the day without making me want to play my "Citizen of Miranda" game is the thought that 22 years ago/15 years ago/13 years ago/7 years ago/5 years ago/2 years ago/2 months ago and all those smaller moments ago, the universe branched off to create a reality in which things went differently and there are actually many me's that are quite happy.

Confession: Based on my searches so far, NIU has the best program by far for what I'd like to do with my life and I'm trying very hard to find reasons to not consider it an option. Idiot. The news is doing a great job of helping me, what with all the weather issues in the midwest as of late. My brother felt it was his place to remind me of the shootings (this one doesn't hold much water seeing as my school had a shooting when I was a student there).

Confession:

I should be grateful to the good Samaritan who found my keys on the sidewalk, tracked down who I was and called the department to tell me about it, and dropped them off with the Campus Police. He didn't have to do that, it saved me both money and worry, and I'm cognitively very appreciative.

However, emotionally I'm just really, really, really annoyed that I had to walk around trying to find the Campus Police and just wish he'd dropped them off at the Memorial Union, like everyone else does, instead.
There's another home somewhere,
There's another glimpse of sky...
There's another way to lean
into the wind, unafraid.
There's another life out there...

Confession:

After finding this site...

The Hottest Chili in the World

...the first thing I thought of was how to use it to torture someone.

Another confession:

I think I need help. In more ways than one. People have told me, for years, but.. I think I am starting to believe it. Not just for the torture thing, either.

This is me playing N. (Also: holly carp, sinfest is almost at 3000 strips.)

Edit: I wasn't going to post anything about this... but recent conversation seemed too coincidental not to.

Walking around in the nude is actually really cool. Not in any kind of sexual context, or anything weird; it just feels really comfortable. I implore all of you, the next time you are alone for a little while (or not, if that's what you're into...) to try it. Just go without some clothes for awhile; it's fun!

I do it all the time when alone. I would feel extremely uncomfortable if anyone else was around, but when you're by yourself, it's just nice, like a constant reminder that you don't have to worry about anyone else.

Most embarrassing confession yet: during my time learning History, I started re-watching the first Digimon series (Digimon Adventure), and got hooked up. Now I can't get away.

Although it lives up to the reputation of being a immature, made-for-children show with generic characters and storylines (and also, being a pretty big ripoff of Pokemon), it still attracts me because, whatever you may say, there are some real conflicts and emotions over there. And it's touching.
(But the main reason is, this is the show that always started when nap time was over, back at kindergarten, and our parents always came to pick us up, and we always wanted to see more and had to wait until we get home- so it became pretty nostalgic, and nostalgia is always fun)

Interesting... just a few days after you said this, I came across this interesting video... Although I hate G4 and this video is not lacking in the little annoying things they add in trying to be cute, the footage of Billy itself is fun.
