Alea, if you ever visit, we will take care of all those things. I'm no hairdresser, but I've washed and brushed my share of other people's hair over the years.

Yeah, Alea, if you were here, those things could totally be marked off your list. :)

I can't help with your list, Ali, though I would love to help.

You can't help with those, sadly. Only God can. :( But should something come up, I'll let you know! ;)

@ Mobius....

How would you know it was actually IN the Klein Bottle?

Better to ask, "I want a ship in coterminous space adjacent to the physical manifold of a Klein Bottle."

Expecting the Rapture? I will buy your stuff - $1 (any)

Postby Boothby » Thu May 19, 2011 11:59 am

I have checked with a number of local Priests, Rabbis and Pastors--I now know for a fact that I will not be taken up on May 21, 2011.

You, on the other hand, know full well that you will be. You have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal savior. You have led an honorable life. You have prayed to the Lord, and have done what you have needed to do. You will be taken up.

But what about your stuff? What about your need for operating expenses NOW, to take care of any last minute things? You won't be needing any of that stuff come May 22nd. But you WILL need to be prepared.

I will buy your stuff from you. I will pay you now, and pick it up on the 22nd. I figure you can use a few hundred dollars for the new car you now have, but won't be needing in a few days. Similarly for that gaming laptop you recently purchased. A few hundred dollars here and there will add up quickly, and it's all for stuff you won't be needing shortly. And it will help you get your things in order NOW. This is important--you MUST be ready for when you are taken up. And you know, deep in your heart, that just going to Home Depot and maxing out your VISA card with the knowledge that you will never be able to pay it off is theft--is a sin. Wouldn't that just be great, committing a sin in getting ready for the rapture, and so not being able to be taken up? I can help you!

Please contact me as soon as possible. Time and space is running out.

Wanted: A heating pad *without* an auto-off safety feature that makes it turn off every hour. They started putting these on seemingly all heating pads sometime within the last couple years, at least here in the US. I need one for a gecko and I can't find one! About to start searching online.

eta: I found one at drugstore.com. Yay!

Nicole got the Artisan from my parents this past xmas. She wanted the professional before but this one handles everything so far and she likes the fact that the head of the mixer can be lifted.

With the amount of Pandoros that I plan to make this Christmas, I really need the higher wattage. I really abused my last one pretty bad. It was only a classic, but I want my new one to be strong enough that I never have to worry about it.

I'm trying to decide whether to get the grain mill or to get a separate grain mill appliance. The grain mill takes a toll even on the high wattage of the Pro 600. If I used the attachment to grind my wheat, then I'd have to wait at least 45 mins to be able to start making the bread. I don't know how annoying that will be to me.

Ours is actually an Ultra Power (300 watt). I haven't found anything it's not amazing at.

Yes, pasta and meat grinder attachments are VERY much wanted!!!
