Yeah I know what you mean. I hate it when they have those cheap chopsticks where some people break them awkwardly when they're trying to split them. And then they're so light that they're harder to control.
I'd like to have a pair of chopsticks (my own) on me everytime, but I always forget. And it gets kind of awkward when people see you bring your own chopsticks. Haha

I can't really think of anywhere that has cheap chopsticks that split when broken... Or maybe my family is just awesome at chopsticks :D Hehehe, even my 4 year old sister can sort of use them... I love chopsticks... and Asain food.

I'm surprised I don't get sick of it seeing as we eat it so much... :?

Man vs. Food is airing their Springfield episode next Wednesday. So if you folks want to see my old stomping grounds and be introduced to the wonderfulness that is a Horseshoe, be sure to watch the Travel Channel.

Pumpkin pie

it is surprisingly simple to make it from a real pumpkin. just take a 2-3 pound pumpkin, cut it in half horizontally, scoop out the guts and put on aluminum foil covered cookie sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours let cool and scoop out the flesh and food processor it til smooth. Then use it for your recipe

or, err, you can open a can.

but anyways, the pie was mighty tasty! good fall football nosh.

no you scoop out the seeds, not process them. I threw them away and had a friends scold me because of that, so next time she's getting pumpkin guts in a ziplock baggie. :-p
