-31

It's warming up.

I had to walk four blocks this morning.

No long underwear. And the building is not warming up as it should.

Damnit.

Isn't that the magic temperature where Celcius and Fahrenheit collide?

Posted: Mon Feb 05, 2007 12:29 pm

It's actually even colder than that magic temperature, albeit not by much. Either way, if it starts to approach anywhere near that, you can bet I will be e-mailing my profs with apologies for my fear of turning into a popsicle before I make it to class.

It is 57F/14C here currently, with a high of 63F/17C. WARMTH! YAY! But boo, I want more snow.

Just... later, when my hair's not cold and wet because I used all the hot water before I was done rinsing my hair. Gah!

My university at home had a snow day today. My best friend sent me pics of the front steps of our building, and I had to ask what it was because there was so much snow, I could only see the railings.

Here in Barcelona, it's 52 F right now.

This thread is out of control. That's two posts in a row that made people around me ask "what the hell are you reading?"

YAY snow! Congrats!

We're supposed to get rain today, tomorrow, and I think the next day. I hope it does. Or snow. Or something. It's much too drab here right now. I want more actual weather.

It's currently a warm 46F/8C here.

Its -30C here. And absolutely brutal wind! A five minute walk could prove to be lethal!

Not too long ago it was windy out, but otherwise not too bad. Now it seems we have a fair amount of snow to go with said wind. It's going to be a cold, blustery walk to church.

In Houston last week the temperatures ranged from 45-75. Not so bad. A jacket in the morning or if you were out after dark and a long sleeved tshirt for the day.

But, at home in Waco this week, the temps are ranging from 25-65. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!?!

I'm so not packed for this. I packed for Houston. Oops.

Here in Arlington (The DFW area) it's 70, 68 in Dallas, and 70 in Fort Worth. A lot warmer up north, I'd say.

It was cold yesterday, but I don't think it was in the 40s.

It was wonderfully warm yesterday and today, in the low 70's Farenheit. The sun was really bright. I was so happy that a lot of plants are blooming now; like camellias, almonds, plums, daffodils, and narcissises. It's so incredibly pretty! Yeah! It feels like spring! :D

It's supposed to get up to 60 today, woo. It's only eight in the morning and already the sun is shining.

I love this weather.

It was about -21 C this morning. That's about -6 F. Being outside for even a minute was... unpleasant. I would love for someone who has never experienced winter to feel it on a day like today.

It actually got up to 70 today. It was awesome.

I think it was in the upper 40s for us today. Yesterday was about the same and I decided to dig in the dirt to get ready to plant flowers out front. Needless to say, about two hours in, my fingers were completely caked with lovely black soil and going numb.

I know, eh, Jason! Bloody cold. My room is so freezing. Not properly insulated and the heat's been turned down or something. Bah.

We're expecting weather in the 90s this weekend...

WTF?

It's barely March. We shouldn't hit the 90s until late April, early May. Either that, or my memory is bad and I think the same thing every year. That's possible, as well.

Arizona? Yeah. Every time I've been there in winter (decemberish) I've seen 90° weather.

Anway: today was Tit Tuesday! Finally we had nice, warm, spring-like weather and a lot of girls at school actually showed skin, and not just a tiny bit. I couldn't help but notice. First time this year ;) It's an important date for me, because it's the real beginning of spring.

No, you haven't.

I live in just about the hottest place in AZ (can't honestly think of a hotter city in the state) and 90 this weekend, if it gets there, will be the first time in 30 years it's gotten that high during a winter.
