I highly doubt that is possible.
I agree with Bean_wannabee, there's just no way that could be posssible.
Your friend probably uses some sort of trick or some weird product to make you believe that.
There just can't be any way that human skin would be able to change it's colour.

Even if he was a troll, it's an interesting enough subject.
The BBC, IIRC, did a documentary about people with seemingly superhuman abilities. It focused largely on savants, and the possibility of engineering the genome to give their abilities to the population at large without the associated drawbacks.
The study of the mind in this manner is fairly new science, so I won't guess at the "limits" of human mental capacity, but, especially with the possibility of bio-engineered computers, I'd say current man's current mental abilities will one day seem as the abilities of apes or dolphins seem to us now - impressive as novelty, but nowhere near potential.
In terms of physical superpowers, there's obviously a huge plethora of possible abilities, but I think that gymnasts and traceurs, as well as power lifters, [urlhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=io8t2CHGNb4]sprinters[/url] and endurance athletes show us that truly extraordinary things are possible.
As the technology for advancing past natural bounds progresses and becomes more available, do you think we'll see near-universal adoption of such enhancements, or will society at large shun them for similar reasons that steroids and nootropic drugs like adderall are today considered fairly taboo?
