I found the Oddyssey! all five Episodes!

Postby locke » Mon May 19, 2008 8:40 pm

Endercon Oddyssey that is.

thanks to Disc Internals I was able to recover a very crashed (and reformatted) harddrive that had my QT files of all five episodes of the Endercon Odyssey. I also got back a lot of my pweb related work, from trailers from way back in 99 to timelines Nathan and I worked on and all sorts of articles I wrote for the compendium.

I'm not putting the Odyssey up on youtube just yet, I'm going to wait til I get permission from Ollie (and presumably Dave), but I will be on AIM tonight all night if y'll want to IM me I'll file transfer them to you. :)

my AIM is lockeender, btw.

Including the part where a pre-marriage, pre-motherhood steph plays the piano with her feet?!

Happy to hear you were able to get your data back.

Not to sound like I'm lecturing you, but this is what backups are all about. The easiest backups I've found are at www.mozy.com. 5 bucks a month for unlimited backups online. OK commercial and lecture over.

I am very keen to see these again! Sadly, I cannot do file transfers because of the student network service restrictions. Please post when/if you put them up!

Heehee... little Ollie.

I wish there were subtitles naming all the people you see. I recognize Ela, Nomi, LetoII, Papa Moose and of course Dave, Ollie and Adam. I'm sure there are others I should know. Who's the cute little kid at the pweb bbq?

Oh. my. goodness!

It's about time we got to see those videos.

JaneX, Shlomo and I just watched all of them. 8)

We were fascinated. :D
And we recognized some of JaneX's photos in Part 5. Not to mention ourselves. ;)

Unfortunately, Youtube has muted the soundtrack to Part 4.

We need our very own copies of all 5 episodes right away. :)

Oh My God, how f-ing cute! LOL
I am filled with giddiness. I totally ignored this thread until now; that'll show me
We need to have a pweb-con. Seriously.
I'm in love with these videos so much.

Ela, I can email them to you, they're about 7-11 megs each.

also I'll work on replacing the audio, I can do that on my computer.

impressive youtube is able to note the They Might Be Giants song, but they didn't flag it for paperback writer, interesting.

How did you know which song they muted the video for?
