The thing about staying on topic is that there is so much to know in the world, that every post, every sentence, every WORD is full of a million possibilities for a different tangent, that at first seems on topic, but before long falls prey to Godwin's law. Many a-time has a thread seemingly stuck doggedly to a topic, only to be killed by Godwin's law.


(whoa... meta-godwin... I wonder how that's supposed to be treated)
