I joined around the same time as you, I just post about 5% as much as you, but that should rise cause I am bored. My answer to my own question seems to be based off Valentine Wiggin. Ender didn't beat up Peter because he did not have to, Valentine would always stop Peter. He beat up Stilson, and lat...

If Ender would beat up his bullies, why didn't he beat up Peter? Technically, Peter Wiggin was a bully to Ender, he tortured him, right? Yes, I know Peter loved Ender, and all he wanted was control, but by the definition of a bully, Peter fits the description. (I think I can answer my own question, ...

I would if I saw it, but I never see people get picked on because I isolate myself in the first place. My normal beginning school routine is this. I board a bus, maybe talk to people, maybe think about Ender, math, or computers. When I get to school, I go to a place, either the library or a room num...

True, true. Maybe we should pledge to be soldiers. That's more broad, right? The US Army won't let me in. I'm diagnosed with depression, and I know ever since I read Ender's Game, I think I'm no longer depressed. Theres one more issue. I have a mental condition called Asperger's syndrome, and becau...

I related some Ender's Game characters to the NFL. Ender Wiggin - quarterback. He was the commander in the Third Formic War, and the quarterback is the leader on the field. Julian Delphiki - referee. He watches everyone, and referees make sure rules are followed. Petra Arkanian - #1 wide reciever. S...

Boredom. Yes, I hate having nothing to do! It's winter break and I have nothing to do! 16 days of utter boredom! No school work, literally nothing to do. Well, maybe remember some math, sin(2x) = 2sin(x)cos(x)... now I'm bored. AGH! Boredom! Nothing to do! I wish I could get a job, at least I could ...

Well, I seem adept at using Battle School slang with my gaming friends, I should start using it at school for the New Year. I'm already isolated, so I don't really care how others look at me (must be my restricted mind and my difficulties when change occurs), I just do my work and get it done faster...

I thought being away from school would be fun. It's not. It's boring. Anyway, I'm obsessed with this right now, and have been for a while. Endless Possibility
Yes it's video game music. But video game music is free and it usually has good quality.

Hmm. I believe I was 7 when it was 2000. I'm going to have a very vague memory of the early years, I guess... I still know some things. I know that when I started 2000, I was living in a mobile home in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and I was ok with that. I liked living there, not much to clean, smaller liv...

Changing documents and having the darn passive voice thing come out is annoying, but I don't think passive voice is a big deal. Spell-check is nice in general, you don't put as many mistakes on a typed paper rather than a written paper, even if you have to edit it multiple times. However, doing thin...

Apparently his books can still get readers even with his so-called controversial views, which I don't really care about (I'm not interested in a lot of things, and as of right now, not interested in politics). I'll agree with you PL14, however, as people get too mad just because people are different...

Let me tell you more about me. I'm an isolated person. Thanks to EG, I now don't look at that isolation as a setback, but as more of a strength in intelligence. So it wasn't the content, it was basically you posting and then reviving the whole EG thread space in the matter of three hours. Actions, n...

My favorite character is Ender Wiggin. I just seem to like the characterization of him, and also because he actually cares for people (in the Enderverse, of course) and felt tremendous guilt that I could sentimentalize with. It also led to major influences (crazy, right?) on my life. Man, to think i...
